Every week on Made for Exports, we showcase value added products from Africa. In this episode, we are joined by Oluwadara- a food processor that infuses fruits and spices into grains. Some of her products include Banana pap, Coconut pap, Pineapple pap and Ginger pap. She has a kiddies mix for weaned children and another for lactating mothers.
She has also come up with different flours- beans flour, guinea corn flour, plantain flour and guinea corn flour.
