Vended's energy on stage is insane, it sticks with you for months! I love it. Super cool people
Killer musicians and just cool ass people in general. It was so cool to open for them and talk to them at this show
A tour with Vended, Slaughter To Prevail, Malevolence, and Omerta would be the best tour of the year easily.
Maybe with vended as opener
@@russellmckenzie1596 Yes, STP should be the headliner, I love Malevolence as well although idk how big they are compared to STP.
Just saw them with Bullet for my Valentin. They killed it. So much energy.
I’m definitely a fan of Vended. You can’t deny they are all talented musicians
They’re children
@@ffreplica515they’re all over 18
I can absolutely deny that
@@ffreplica515 ya and? Most of these big bands started out at that age
@@aswarrior6365 No I mean they come off as children. Harmless. Stupid. Especially Griffen. I don’t feel/believe a word they say in their lyrics, and when Griff addresses the crowd or when they do interviews it’s comical. I like there to be a sense of danger in my metal, but that’s just me. I’ll give you one thing though; they play their instruments well.
I work at a music venue in Chicago and a year ago or so Vended was the opening band and even though slipknot is my all time favorite band for about 20 years I had never heard of Vended before.
I immediately loved their show and still had no idea who they were until I looked them up later. Wish them all the best
Can't wait to hear more from them for sure!
how did i miss this? such a good interview! Go Vended!!! we are all rooting for you!!!
I think this might be the coolest material you’ve put out as of late, man. I really enjoyed listening to these guys. They’re so young and down to earth- they aren’t cocky or egotistical like some musicians who have made it to the big stages, man. 🤘🏻Respect to all of you young men.
@rock feed thanks for posting this..its nice to know a little more about these guys !
Appreciate you watching!!!
These are lovely lads! Really excited for them!
Thank you Rock Feed, I am very pleased to know that there are channels and news like this where we can meet Artist entirely as they are!
Listening Vended for the first time.
Love this. Thank you!
This interview just cements me being a fan. Such down to earth cool dudes. Plus they really are putting in the work. Traveling constantly, unloading and loading their own gear. Doin it in a sprinter van and not a tour bus. Much respect 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
cof cof BS cof
@@andrepereira744Agreed! Very bland generic sound and nothing special whatsoever, talking pretty cocky and about encores etc theyre lucky that a fan wants to hear another tune especially from their discography lol.
@@nickschiller1080 Yep.
Funny how Slipknot camp portrays Jay as a nepo baby now, while put their kids in the same path with pride.
@andrepereira744 Yea pretty narcissistic on their part, shitty how they did Jay. When Craig left that's when everyone should knows something is up with Slipknot. I just can't get into Vended, way better bands out there that could use the push they get cause of their dad's.
@@nickschiller1080 Same mate. Wise words.
I remember Simon when he was a baby. He had long hair. I got to see him play his dad's Dirty Little Rabbits kit in the basement of their home in Iowa. First thing you see when you go in is the grand piano to the right and on it Slipknots Grammy award.
I really enjoyed this! They have a very bright future ahead of them!💯
Iowa breeds metalheads ❤🤘
Come to australia. Pity yaz didn’t get on our next upcoming knotfest
Can't wait to see you guys in Liverpool, UK in May
Metal seeds keep kicking ass dudes!
Just saw em last night in des moines for the second time and kicked ass
Hometown show! heck yeah!
@RockFeed had to go see em in my hometown
I seen them live they are bad ass
Yes they go so hard!
Met every member of this band and I have nothing but amazing words to say about all of them griff is the biggest sweetheart ever and jjs my man each time they roll through Texas I’ve been there and he knows that
We opened for these cats in Murfreesboro TN at Hop Springs. Simon was on fire behind that kit. Hell they all were. Much love Rock Feed!
I can't wait for a full album off Vended
They can't do it, it shows 😂
Hell yeah ,yall keep metal alive, your life mission 🎉
These guys are the best!
LOVE This Band!!!
I got turned onto slipknot around 1999-2000 with self title. From there and Iowa was a great time during those days. The knot is still good but it is not the same after the 3rd album. When I heard the first Vended song, I was completely stoked. I felt some of the vibes and energy that I felt when I first picked up Slipknot. Feelings that I haven't felt in years and it took me back to those times. Vended is definitely a great band and I am glad they come onto the scene.
They would still be playing in their basements if there dad's weren't famous Slipknot members
Yeah, but they obviously enjoy music. Do you suggest they don’t follow their passion simply because they’ve got an advantage in the market?
@@hobojungle1 I don't think they're saying that they shouldn't follow their passion. But they definitely do benefit from nepotism. Personally what I find annoying is that so many kids of these famous Rockstars benefit from nepotism and only get the attention they're getting because of their connections, yet many people act like they're where they are based on merit. In today's day in age even if a rock band was extremely good, they aren't really going to find success or even get mainstream attention like that. Unless they have some sort of connections. Ex: Famous parents.
@@hobojungle1 opinions are like assholes buddy everyone's got one
Thats a fact! Nothing special at all with a bland generic sound.
So many haters🙈🙉🙊 Who cares how they got where they are. They kick ass and go super hard in everything that they do, respect 🤘🏻 Absolutely love y'all's EP 🤘🏻💯 Can't wait for what comes next... Much love & respect fellas.
my favorite band🤘🤘
That sounds awesome
I have never heard a person jock a band so much! This rockfeed guy is a groupie for Vended! Hershey highway for sure!
Im so fuckin down with a new family values tour. The last one was one of the top 3 shows ive seen.
I love these guys
Just saw them fuckn awesome show one of my new favorites.jay Jay is a beast man 110% is a understatement. Bullet for my valentine of mice and men was the tour I saw.
Slipknot's farm team.
I’m trying to keep this shit alive 💯
💪 STRONG👍
I was at that show. The band that opened called "NO FALKES GIVEN" RULES
Yeah they were great too! Gotta get a rock feed interview with those guys
I’m pretty surprised griff doesn’t do more interviews! Corey Taylor interviews are the shit dude always knew how to entertain!
Fishing!!!!
But what does Corey Taylor think about that
Wow did you just think of that all by yourself?
Who cares what corey thinks
For the love of God, please stop!
Done to absolute death that joke but perfect opportunity to mention it 😂
So lame.
My favorite band I love Vended
Get yourselves over to Donnington Park Download Festival!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Man, I'm gonna have to check these Guys Out... I haven't heard of them at all... 😅 Fuck Yeah 🤘🤘🤘
You’ll like them.
@@bigxpapaxpump7553 The Boy's Kick Ass Man... 💯🤘🤘🤘😁
The Middle Class Rut name drop is pretty impressive - go listen to New Low, amazing song
Step brothers ????
Did we just become best friends ??????????? 🎉
VENED ROCKED DENVER
If he keeps going, he could be the new slipknot character they could be in the new slipknot that’s crazy cause I can hear it in his voice he can yes they can be the slipknot
Or they can just stay in Vended and not ruin what they got going for them.
Very respectful kids, pretty awesome band. I hope they can get away from the whole Slipknot 2.0 thing and really make their own unique mark like Slipknot did
But what does Griffin Taylor think about this?
Yall
Max Weinberg(Jay Weinberg's father) said that! You're paid for the 23 hours of traveling, then do the hour of playing for free! That's the beat way to describe it!
What is misunderstood about what this is? Like it or not it’s pretty clear what your listening to.
As far as musicianship goes, imo, these guys are better than slipknot. And they're still growing as humans, a band and as musicians, so give these guys another 5 yrs or so and they'll pass slipknot up w the quickness.
W.W.C.D.🎉
What would Corey do
if Corey or the guys of vended into zombie games dead island dying light are good ones
I wish them the best! 😮
I wanna meet u guys
Guy on the right is losing his hair and who’s Bob?
Cant get into them at least it cool that corey and clown have good children who are in a metal band that sound like his father now
"No clue who he was "
😹 yeah I'm sure
anyone plaid nfsmw from 05 avenged sevenfold is on there as well the song almost easy
Never heard so many "y'all's" from one mouth in such a short time.
Well at least they do not have a DJ. Glad that trend is eroding
There are actually people who still give a shit about Call of Duty?
But what does griffin taylor have to say about this.......
Yeah so many bands fight to be noticed like they were given, I mean there not bad but not the special ppl are making them, I mean the big concerts they’ve been involved with or most smaller concerts have involved slipknot or CMFT
How to get where they are? Step one, have members of Slipknot as your parents. Step two, have parents put you on tour. That's literally the secret to their success. Meanwhile those of us who don't have famous musicians as parents had to work our way up the legitimate way.
Facts and they are generic with a bland sound, nothing special about them at all!
I love this man I feel like they are the modern version of Slipknot that we wanted for like the last four albums ever since we lost Joey and Paul slipknot's never been the same
The thing that bothers me about this band is that they got where they are because of Daddy! Not saying they are bad. I'm saying there are tons of other bands that are every bit as good if not better that have been working way longer that will never even get the shows these guys get gifted, again because of Daddy! I will never support bands like this.
"I Will never support bands like these" now tell me how you're exactly supposed to pick your parents?
Jealous much?
You can't at least give them a chance? See a show? Hell, even just check out a few songs and live performances on UA-cam? Free....
Crazy to dismiss someone because of their parent(s).
Even if the connections brought them to light faster, why would you discard them on that alone? Horrible mindset.
Be sick to see yall play with slipknot. Yall have a sick similar sound to them. Theyd probably dig yalls sound
They'd be just like any other metal band trying to make it if it wasn't for their fathers ...the only way they made it
But you can’t deny they are talented musicians.
Exactly! Bland generic sound and are nothing special at all! If if wasnt for there dads no one would even know or care who they are, so many other talented bands out there that deserve the recognition!
You can tell they're young when they think COD is good now. They just don't know.
Nah I’m 21 and played cod in the og days and can tell you how shit it is, I was a squeaker back then but I can still tell how far it’s gone downhill
@@ChickenJoe-tq6xd I'm dating myself, but I really haven't liked the direction of the game since around BO2 time. I especially hate how all the guns were renamed. It's just amazing to me that they've recently had far more developers involved with the game than ever before and the games blow. To me, it's unplayable. The micro transactions are also ridiculous. I liked it when you paid for everything up front - if you wanted to. I liked the idea of COD MW3: Elite that gave you all kinds of stats, heat maps, weapon guides, strategy, special entertainment (like the Friday Night Fights show) and other perks for an optional fee up front. It really made you want to play the game. There was also no skill based match making.
@@UA-cam.Algorithmic.Nonsense yea I agree, my first cod was cod 4 and it’s still my favorite, hate the direction they went with it and all the consoomers still eat up any slop they throw at them
Uberly talented guys who are absolutely and impressively unoriginal. Hope they stray from this and do something with all the talent.
Nacho libre! My guy right there! Im not listening to you, you're crayzy
So the whole time for this interview the lead singer doesn't even try to be there or say hey apologies for not coming doesn't give a damn about it?! so leaves the rest of the band mates to do it by themselves.(low) don't get me wrong I'm not a huge fan of the band I do give mad respect for them to go all out and try. But I believe that everyone should at least be there for interviews it won't always work out like that I understand that, but these three seem to be the most solid pieces of the band than anything else!!Griff only shows up when it's convenient or when he wants to or if Daddy makes him it feels like.
This is not what happened at all. Griff actually did the first podcast (my SD card died and erased the file) and he was busy for the second one. Not every member of the band needs to participate in a podcast. This is common.
Griff is very nice and chill every time I have met him. I have seen him take lots of time to meet and hang out with fans after shows.
I wonder what Corey Taylor thinks about this.
Got a carrer only cuz of his dad
Would ya you though? Plus you can’t deny they are talented and they are putting in the work. Constantly traveling, driving a van, unloading and loading their own gear. Plus they practiced for over 3 years before they even got on a real stage. This wasn’t over night my guy.
Nah, Corey's son is extremely driven and very talented. He has the same drive his father has...
@@peekayboo7183 how so
Theres absolutely NOTHING cool about growing up in iowa🙄
Except the fishing apparently haha
So many other bands out there are better and deserve the recognition and im not trying to hate on them but if it wasnt for there dads they'd be quite unknown but when you have who they have as parents they easily got there foot in the door with having to grind for it but they've been touring there asses off so i give them that but seem and sound like a bland Slipknot cover bandish. A lil too cocky for how good they are to talking about encores etc lol they are generic and have a bland sound thats nothing special whatsoever.
oh noooo these poor kids "the new cod is sick bro" - meanwhile it's like one of the words releases in franchise history lol
go play The Finals or maybe some older CoD lol
Don't subject yourself to MWIII it's trash
these guys are actually dope lmao, same age as me too
