Funky tones are played. The cameraman is quick and acts upon pure instinct! Fumbling with the camera, he zooms towards the source of the sound. ...But who was it comming from? Jacob...or Jonah? Time grows short, he realizes too late and Jonah's hands are now in focus.. They know they are being filmed and act confused as if they are fully aware that they are not the reason for that funky lick.
It's all happening within the span of just a few seconds and ends humorously with an abrupt cut.
Normally, when looking to music videos I sit before my computer and play along with a guitar. Then Jacob Collier comes on. I realize I am not capable of improvising to his music. Then, casually I put down my guitar and cry.
3 years since i saw this video and i still cant get over that chord change at 6:38
The 2:47 part is just so pleasant to listen to. Especially around 2:58 is hilarious.

Favorite parts of mine:
-Turns the Grammy into an instrument
-Sings, "My name is Jacob" in harmony as part of the conversation
-Blesses a sneeze from the audience without missing a beat
-Does a mic check using numbers from a chord progression already in his head
-Uses spoons as a hi-hat
-Just about everything else in the video...

Cada día, agradezco a la vida ser contemporáneo de un loco como JC. Soy de esos que un día, ya de viejo, va a decir "yo era fan de JC cuando aún ni siquiera había tocado Don't You Know con Snarky Puppy" y sentir orgullo.
