حضرت زید بن ارقم ؓسے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺنے فرمایا:جب کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی سے وعدہ کر
لے اور اس کی نیت یہ ہو کہ وہ اپنا وعدہ پورا کرے گا، مگر نہ کر سکے اور وعدے پر نہ پہنچ سکا تو اس پر کوئی گناہ نہیں ۔(سنن ابی داؤد)
It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid bin Arqamؓ that the Prophet ﷺ said: When a person makes a promise to his brother
And his intention is that he will fulfill his promise, but if he is unable to do so and does not reach the promise, there is no sin on him. (Sunan Abi Dawud)
