Why does it make you chuckle? 60 + year Olds grew up raising ourselves... road in back of pickups, didn't get participation trophies, earned our own money, did chores and knew we had to pay our own way in life!!! It was originally said in a way that a chuckle would be a positive thing, I apologise if you misunderstood that. 67 year olds supporting and loving Tom’s music can only be a good thing.
I grew up with Eminem, owned the cds, and had a best friend who was a rapper. I love and support Tom because he’s amazing at what he does, and there’s no other like him. It’s amazing.
You can’t possibly take my (admittedly) short praise and turn it into negativity. Perhaps I didn’t type enough at the time. My bad. 67 year olds listening to legitimately amazing rap will always make me giggle and laugh with joy when they get it, and young and old rational people are starting to come together in a mutual respect of skill. That’s an amazing thing which Tom being on UA-cam can expose to many who may not experience in their lifetimes otherwise. Nothing but real talk, truth, love and respect. And having experienced the stress of studio recordings (via my friends) I respect the process of people with a very small budget, and what it takes to set up a small studio etc. Nothing but love, and delighted giggles for success from me.

Factss this is one of the hardest beats I heard in a min great song Tom I'm a paraplegic from 2 gun shots to the Torso I fought an lived threw it an drug addiction I'm a warrior 💯
Same man, car wreck crushed me from the neck down, tore my heart, lost most of my blood, collapsed a lung, broke 8 ribs, shattered pelvis, knee replacement, broken femur and foot on left leg, right leg was dislocated and the surgeon severed my sciatic nerve to reconstruct my pelvis, two spinal fractures, died twice, but three weeks later I came home, a lot of things healed, but my right leg is screwed because of the severed nerve, mainly from the knee down, so maybe one day I can get it amputated and get a prosthetic to walk again. A gnarly pinched nerve where I had the spinal fractures still shoots fire up the left side of my head, it really sucks, so I plan to get it fixed as well. I was a hardcore opiate addict in my 20s for a decade I was as bad as anyone on the show Intervention. I fought to live because I had something worth fighting for, my wife and step kids, couldn't leave them hanging, I went through all of that with zero pain meds, because I knew what would happen. I was clean for years before I met my wife and before the wreck. Still to this day I'm in serious pain all day everyday but it is what it is. Only 10% of people live through a torn aorta. One thing life has taught me, is I'm a tough as nails, strong as they come mofo, I can take whatever life throws at me and keep standing. No matter how hard or dark life gets I claw and scrape my way through it, with a good heart and most of the time good attitude. I wear my addiction with pride, as a testament to that strength, the strength to rise above the addiction, to pull myself out of that soul sucking abyss, and the strength it took to suffer through that wreck, I didn't sleep maybe two hours a night for 5 months, was in a hospital bed at home for nearly a year with getting up occasionally to do shit I had to. I had a condition called syncopy, and if I sat up for 20 minutes or so my blood pressure would bottom out and I'd pass out, took a while to overcome that. Anyways, sorry for the novel, thanks for sharing your story. Stay strong💪

I looove the line “I do big things, risk bling, you don’t want this action” because we know you spend your money on making more music and I can very much relate considering I risked ten years of saving money doing construction to buy land and build a ranch/farm/homestead and for the last three years I have lived on a budget of $2500 a year and spent all my remaining money on buying more animals and buying seed to grow food for those animals. I definitely live what most would consider to be a boring and hard working life, but the fulfillment I get from it is something I never could have imagined being possible. Not to mention in the next five to ten years I will have an annual income three times the amount I was making working a dead end construction job with potential to even double that further down the road. Keep doing your thing! We’re loving it! Great relatable music!
