@@MKRocker2012 all the choppers are just fine, without rudder pedals (with practice). But it depends on the joystick - i just have the plain old X52 - the twist has a good amount of travel.
Learning the Ka-50 was incredibly rewarding, it taught so much about choppers. And coming from the original Black Shark, way back - it is like an old friend to me now.... New cockpit is awesome. Theres some very good tutorials around on the Trimming and autopilot settings - i'm sure you will find a setting that you like - as we all have.

Great video, admittedly I'm weighing up getting the KA-50 or Huey. I'm leaning towards the KA-50 simply to try get used to Russian avionics as I've pre-ordered the Hind.

This is just good music and good cinematics, but I don’t notice any particular thing to be fascinated with the Ka-50 about. You could have put any other heli there (like the Gazelle), the video would have been the same, right? So, what is so fascinating about the Ka-50 which your video shows?
Actually I have recorded dozens of minutes of Ka50's materials but I had to delete most of them to fit this music.Maybe you can consider I just like the appearance of this coaxial helicopter, Ka50 is the only helicopter I can fly currently

I need to get rudders. Ka-50 is thankfully manageable without thanks to the trimming system, but Huey is really hard without them.
