Yeah, the first half of Solo 3 was one of the parts where I missed. Somehow I hit the ending of Fast Riff D in my sightread (which I find to be the second hardest part).
Yeah, I added an annotation for the 5:25 part right when I uploaded the video and caught the mistake (but you're probably on mobile so I understand why you didn't see it). As for the double kick fast notes, I'll look into it.
One question please (I've never played the game). Is it possible to grab the separate tracks of each of the instrument? In particoular, I'd love to hear the keaboard stem separately Thanks
Are RB3 charts easily translatable to Phase Shift? I'm just getting into custom stuff and Phase Shift is super promising from an ease-of-access and playability standpoint.
Dunno if you saw my comment on the C3 entry, but I'd really love to get some proper reductions on this one for my personal library. I'd be willing to author them if you're interested.
Not going to lie, you're the first person who's asked for reductions. If you would like reductions I would ask that you chart them, but you're more than welcome to! Do you have skype?
Sweet, looks like a lot of fun. How do you get the characters to animate, though? Whenever I play the song, they all just stand there, except the drummer. It's like that for all the customs.
What game is this? This does not look like rb3 and all notes just cant be hit automatically without audition mode unless its a FBFC. The drum cymbal notes look off too.
+mazegeek999 I wouldn’t keep the last sustained note that long and repeat the opening riff but I’m not sure how that would flow, it’s just that it feels weird to hear keyboard being played without having it charted, not mandatory though.
I get the appeal of learning to play this in the game, but god dammit guys, if you'd put the same amount of work in a real instrument you could play it for real.
If this appeared on first Rock Band game back in the day, all kids would end up requesting a Dream Theater game instead of a Beatles Rockband.
Wonder which band game would be cool to do?
@@yol_ndream theater would take a while lol
i could see dream theater have a thrash song like this again
Who's the dickhead that disliked the video? There's a lot of effort and hard work here... congrats dude! Awesome! Cheers from Brazil!
Woo!
Gonna work on this one tomorrow. So glad this is finally out. :D
You must've seen this months ago on my stream. Sorry it took so long but nonetheless enjoy! :D
Just sightread it on guitar and got a -3. Excellent chart. Pretty much exactly how I imagined it would be. :D
+PuppetMaster9 That's an awesome sightread. I expect the first half of solo 3 to be the hardest part. Good luck! Be sure to give keys a try as well.

+PuppetMaster9 Oh yeah that ladder thing in it seems pretty chokeable.
DUDE THIS IS AWESOME!!!
I could be wrong, but I feel like the bass drum notes at places like 4:30 should have four fast notes instead of just 2
And in the area around 5:25, I don't think a few of those notes are supposed to be cymbal notes, I think they are supposed to be toms

mazegeek999 Other than that though, great chart
@@JarodFedele rip youtube annotations you just reminded me of them 😭
@@yol_n A better time
you are a hero
YES!
Beyond excited to play this holy shit
5:55 it’s just straight up nu-metal at this point.

try clone hero
Unfortunately this song doesn't have available multitracks. A lot of my other Dream Theater customs do though.
@@gonehell6611 clone hero doesnt have keyboard and microphone
but yarg does! I wonder if jarod will release this for yarg!

Phase Shift is dead! Try YARG instead.
Even if there isn't support for what you described on YARG, anyone can make that given it's open source
thank you Jarod
+Mike Dykstein You're welcome, have fun!
That looks difficult
Do your charts contain lower difficulties?
They do but they're auto generated by C3 automation tools.
Dunno if you saw my comment on the C3 entry, but I'd really love to get some proper reductions on this one for my personal library. I'd be willing to author them if you're interested.

Sure do! You can catch me at cheesecakemilitia, I really appreciate it
Do your charts contain base drums and keyboard?
Yes
isn't the intro a guitar part?
Nope it's bass playing up high. I thought it was guitar when I first heard it too though.

Try replacing your title update with this one: www.mediafire.com/download/7qbdt9jtqbhur62/tu00000001_00000000 Let me know if that works!
+mazegeek999 That fixed it. Thanks!

The Turbo it's rb3
its on the wii version, the layout looks slightly different
mischart at 5:22
Correct, I addressed that in the annotation.
Ahh, I'm on mobile. Didn't see it.
+Charley Karrupt me neither but are you referring to drums or keyboard? cause I would change both
What would you change on keyboard?
+mazegeek999 I wouldn’t keep the last sustained note that long and repeat the opening riff but I’m not sure how that would flow, it’s just that it feels weird to hear keyboard being played without having it charted, not mandatory though.

I can (on drums)
