BBBQ Rolls Recipe
Servings: 8-10
Ingredients:
1 package of pizza dough (or homemade equivalent)
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
1 cup of shredded chicken (or beef, pork, or veggies for alternatives)
1/2 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup of crumbled bacon (optional)
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
4. Top the sauce with the shredded chicken, red onion, cilantro, bacon (if using), and mozzarella cheese (if using).
5. Roll the dough into a tight log, starting from one of the long edges.
6. Cut the log into 8-10 equal pieces.
7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each roll.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
