The whole point of the jab is to get their hands up to react. The lead hand (jab) is going to be at least 8-10 inches longer in length than a rear hook. So a right hook counter to a jab, especially in the way we are using the jab (to touch and get a reaction) is not going to be countered at all by a right hook.

Japanese Jujitsu was my first love, and you'll see it influenced in many of the videos/trainings we do.
