Firstly, we see the display modes which in simple terms look much better in v6. All objects are drawn more smoothly, points and control points are properly anti-aliased and overall the new display is much easier on the eye.
We go on to look at the new display mode called Arctic, the Pen/Render displays, the significantly improved Materials and more.

New Presentation methods look awesome for quick output!! Thank you!
Great video
thank you so much it'svery important
Hi, I drag the material to the object, but the object still keeps white, all the settings are by default. Couldn't figure out what's the problem.
Find it. In Display Mode, "Shading settings", the color&material usage should be "Rendering material". Cheers
@@congzhengzou2604 Great that you found a solution :)
are they supporting AMD video cards as well?
Yes. AMD cards are supported. In the Raytraced Viewport for example there are settings for CPU, CUDA and Open CL. We have found that in general NVIDIA cards work more reliably with Rhino.
you mentioned CUDA which is Nvidia only. I think AMD calls their version Stream Processors.
The Open CL option can be checked for AMD cards.
previus versions sucks, i love 6 version
