Great video, Warren! Nicely done. It's weird how JW complains that the analogy is a straw man but never points out specifically how it's supposed to be a straw man. He complains that the analogy leaves important things out, but he never explains how what the analogy does include gets it wrong. Just a bunch of self-righteous hand waving on his part.
Well firstly God does not marry a woman and father children in the sense that the analogy put forth. So the analogy does start with man and tries to reason from man to God. We do not have the capacity to understand God’s electing grace let alone compare Him to a man who married a wife. Anyone who understands the reformed faith absolutely will understand how this is a straw man argument
Amen! Great video, with some funny edits, as usual! James White claims "strawman!" all the time, without ever demonstrating why the claim or argument is a strawman. Their response is quite predictable: "You don't really understand Calvinism." Well, if all of these people (myself included) who disagree with Calvinistic/Reformed theology supposedly *do not* truly understand Calvinism, then maybe we should blame the messengers for consistently being self-contradictory and illogical? haha
If I were a Calvinist and determinist, why would I even debate or argue with anyone about anything? What be the use? Why would I talk about Jesus at all? If "Ted" was determined to be a Christian, then he'd become one whether I spoke to him or not. Makes no sense.
James White has a heart of stone against the plain reading of God's Word. And the longer he buries his head in the sand, the harder his hard heart becomes
I'll have to watch when I'm really able to be able to stand listening to the tripe that mr. White spews forth. It's extremely extremely hard to put up with him. It's not just his heresy and slander of God's character unabashedly. It's his arrogance and false narratives.
And that beard man. I mean, come on, to call himself a reformed man of faith, one would think that his beard would be a little longer. It’s a must have in their circles.
It's due to embracing neo-Platonist metaphysics. This results in denying God is living, sequential and free. Check out my interview with Ryan Mullins on Dynamic Omniscience!
Greek pronunciation is not straightforward. Lots of seminaries used the Erasmic pronunciation system for a long time, and now a lot of them use the modern system. (i.e instead of ay-tah, eeeh-tah). Realistically, both systems are probably inaccurate for the time period. I think that whatever our opinions are of his hermeneutics, we should try to cut him some slack there.
@@iandacosta107 This is a word that survived to modern times. One can turn on Greek TV, or go to a Greek translation guide to get its known pronunciation. That White corrected Warren is ridiculous to an extreme.

DW: Warren - if we contemplate the reason for the Golden Calf in the wilderness - we understand that it was designed to lead the people back into Egypt. I would suggest to you that Calvinism has its own Golden-Calf. The "Golden-Calf" of Calvinism is its *PERSONA* Calvinists like James White operate on a very public arena. And they have to be very careful about what picture they paint of Calvinism's *PERSONA* As you are well aware - they will obfuscate and evade and perform all sorts of SEMANTIC TAP-DANCE routines - because the primary concern is maintaining a *PERSONA* of the belief system which they calculate people will accept. There is an interesting word which Paul uses where he writes "Having a *FORM* of Godliness" This word *FORM* is the Greek word *MORPHOS* To create an *APPEARANCE* I would submit to you that there is a *MORPHOS* in Calvinism. The Calvinist uses *WORDS* to paint *FALSE PICTURES* of divine benevolence and also to paint *FALSE PICTURES* of human autonomy. The *PERSONA* or the *IMAGE* of Calvinism is its Golden-Calf. That Golden-Calf is designed to lead people into the EGYPT of Calvinism. Blessings!
Yeah it's bad to start from human. Imagine starting from a bad judges who finally answer to a widow to illustrate the Father.... Or a human father who gives good things to his children...
If Jesus showed up at a Calvinist church, they would probably mistake Him for an "Arminian", quote John 9:34 at Him “You were completely born in sins, and are you teaching us?” and throw Him out. Calvinism has no time for anyone who disagrees with their Manichean Gnostic false teachings.
I think the most ironic thing about Calvinists is that they think they’re wise because they spend so much time in philosophical thought about Calvinism, yet Calvinism is literally nowhere in the Bible when read contextually, and they actually know less than many children that attend Sunday school.
You're right , I knew more about what scripture actually teaches as a child than any of these calvinists we see on u tube today . They're pathetic heretics actually and are guilty of corruptly portraying GOD and HIS righteousness which is blasphemy by definition.
Interesting one of James White’s responses was to suggest reading some books OTHER than the Bible. I can disprove Calvinism with only the Bible. It’s really ridiculous that he mentions that the guy didn’t mention Romans 1 and man’s rebellion and the people suppressing the knowledge of God, when according to his beliefs God ordained all of that! It’s almost like he wants to pretend he thinks man has free will and can be blamed but his own doctrine doesn’t support it. Each part of Calvinism is a lie that depends on other lies to support it.
@@obrien709 True! Calvinism demands that ALL books were completely decreed by God, down to the last punctuation mark, from the Bible, to the writings of the Calvinists' pantheon of -demigods- "giants of the faith" to Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" to "Das Kapital" and "Mein Kampf". Not a very high view of Scripture, if you ask me...
More like each part of calvinism is a lie that relies on the cognitive dissonance of the calvinist to support it. White brings up other books that say exactly what Brian said calvinists believe as though that somehow makes it better. No amount of understanding the entire system changes the impact of saying that everything that comes to pass has been decreed by God. Calvinism: Everything you do has been decreed by God, but God also decreed that it was your fault, so he is still good.
One other comment. I have noticed a direct parallel between Calvinism's "redefinition" of terms to be the same as we're encountering within our culture today. Words mean what "I" say they mean. For example, sovereignty. In Calvinism is means "divine determinism." Even though no dictionary defines it this way. Oh, and there are two wills of God....secret and decree. Oh and love, well there's two of those as well. And how about grace...yep more than one of those as well. Why? Because they say so. Even though they have the exact same meaning in Greek doesn't matter. If they say it is so, then it is so. And how about that God decreed everything...even the evil actions of men, and YET God isn't responsible for evil....WHY? Oh because the London Baptist Message of Faith says so. Logical conclusions have no merit or basis in Calvinism any more than it has within the postmodern mindset of our culture today. Reason cannot work because they always have a reason for "why" you're wrong because even though we don't read of "salvific love" or "general love", it is nonetheless true simply because the Calvinist says so. In the world you're called a bigot if you disagree. In Calvinism you are called, "semi-pelagian" or "heretic." If I need Calvinism in order to interpret the Scriptures then it is gnostic because I need to "understand" their philosophical construct first in order to see it they way they do. They have the secret knowledge to understand the Scriptures.
Calvinists theologians have made Calvinism unfalsifiable and, therefore, unable to be tested to see if it is of God: 2 types of God's will: Will of Decree vs Permissive Will 2 types of God's love: General Love vs. Salvific Love 2 types of God's grace: General Grace vs. Irresistible Grace 2 types of God's calling: General Call vs. Effectual Call 2 types of faith in God: Non-salvific Faith vs. Salvific Faith 2 types of death & resurrection: Non-atoning sacrifice for the Reprobate vs. Atoning sacrifice for the Elect. 2 types of divine life: Regenerational life before faith vs. Eternal life after faith. Their implications generate a false god who commands obedience, but has SECRETELY decreed DISOBEDIENCE, for the GOOD PLEASURE of His Will to glorify Himself.
@@primeobjective5469 Yes, unfalsifiable...just like many of the post-moderns today. They "had" to create these categories in order to justify their systematic. I thank you because I've added that word (unfalsifiable) to my dictionary.
I kind of find James’ words at 7:00 minutes extremely interesting. Taken to its logical conclusion, he almost is arguing that Jesus, through his human nature, did not cooperate with the grace of God, but rather that the Divine Grace of God over powered the human will, rendering it effectively meaningless in terms of Jesus’ human will cooperating in the plan of salvation. Yet the reformed keep stressing to me they aren’t monothelites.
White also claims his system is the most humbling, but I don't see a humble man when I see White using schoolyard bully tactics and gaslighting in his engagements.
Calvinists do not deny Christ had a human will. But there is no doubt that Christ’s human will was DEPENDENT on His divine will and it’s agreement with the Father’s will. Jesus admits this many times: John 5:19 So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son CAN DO NOTHING of his own accord, but ONLY what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise. John 5:30 I CAN DO NOTHING by Myself; I judge only as I hear. And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. John 6:38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me. John 8:28 So Jesus said, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing on My own, but speak exactly what the Father has taught Me. John 12:49 I have not spoken on My own, but the Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it. John 12:50 And I know that His command leads to eternal life. So I speak exactly what the Father has told Me to say." John 14:10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I say to you, I do not speak on My own. Instead, it is the Father dwelling in Me, performing His works.
@@brentonstanfield5198 actually this runs afoul of both First Constantinople and Third Constantinople. The cappadocian fathers point out that these verses are only on the context of the divine nature, especially John 5:19. Sts Gregory of Nyssa and Gregory nanziansus points out that these verses specifically rule out any idea that the divine will is individuated among the persons of Trinity. Rather they have the same will as the Father. They can’t do anything of their own power unless the Father wills. The sixth ecumenical council points out that that the monothelites argued, not that the Son didn’t have a human will, but that the Son’s will was dominated by the divine will. That his human will wasn’t free. They point out that the monothelites misuse scriptures like John 5 or John 12, where the son is talking about his divinity and not his humanity and so assume that these verses extend to his humanity. Rather the 6th ecumenical council points out that Jesus’s desire for the Cup to pass from his was a true desire of the human will of Christ, but Christ in his obedience, willingly brought his own human will into line with the Father.
Amazing job! Believers need to hear this kind of unmasking of the intellectual front that parades with Greek pride! As if reading Greek words give a different meaning than what was just mentioned.😵💫 I grieve for the pride displayed in JW stubbornness. When I was a young believer he was someone I use to look up to until God revealed to me the truth behind the Calvinist doctrine. 29:47
While Calvinists argue that only people who are elect and predestined by God are capable of believing the Gospel, Scripture teaches that God has made the sovereign decision to elect and predestine for salvation all those who believe in The Gospel.

@@alexjessalexjess864, They’re accusing White of saying something he didn’t. As usual. It’s extremely ugly. He has defended The Christian Faith in hundreds of debates against Muslims, Mormons, JW’s, etc.. and he has done as masterful job but some Christian’s choose to personally attack him because he is a Calvanist. Not a single one of the people attacking him would stand a chance debating him on anything they’re attacking him about. It’s just pseudo-Christian tribalism at this point.
James complains that there are Christians that disagree with him. If he was an honest calvinist, he would rejoice in the "fact" that this disagreement was to glorify God by his own decree!
Every time I see White critique someone he disagrees with it’s like watching a child scribble all over a piece of paper. But I do notice how he inserts if you disagree with his logic you are ignorant of scripture structure or… you don’t believe scripture. It’s adorable 😁
when I heard J. Likewise, it seems hard-core calvinists simply resort to a determined hard-defense, whatever happens, when cornered ☺
The go-to defense of Calvinists always seems to be, "You just don't understand what I'm saying." Maybe they need to find someone who can explain it better.
You're right on point about the Wrath of God, Brother. I mean, why would God be angry with people for doing exactly what He "decreed" for them to do? Even a child can see the non sense of that.
Calvanist's entire philosophy operates off of the notion that God's view of good and evil is different than ours. Which is beyond idiotic, that would imply that everything he has told us from the very beginning (ten commandments, etc.) Is actually evil. Not only is this a blight on common sense, but it's actually just refuted the very beginning of scripture in genesis. "Behold the man has become as one of us, knowing good and evil."
Laughable when James White says there is no recognition of man's rebellion and hatred of God and suppression of the truth... GOD DECREED those things, James! Man had no input, choice, or ability to not do exactly what you think God is decreeing! I do not know how to get through to this man. If RC Sproul had written a book that said 1+1=3 James White would believe it and make 15 videos defending it.

James White’s response was silly and childish. Just because he used a marriage analogy DOESN’T mean he started with man! He can’t be that blind! It must be a purposeful deception!
The word of God refutes Calvinism. John 3:16-18. First John 2:2. First Timothy 2:4. Second Peter 3:9. John 6:40, and John 6:29. First Corinthians 1:21. For after that, by the wisdom of God, the world by wisdom, knew not God, it pleased God, by the foolishness of preaching, to save them that BELIEVE. Romans 4:5. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on Him who justifieth the UNGODLY, his faith is counted for His perfect righteousness, apart from works. Romans 4:6. The GIFT of God is eternal life. Not faith, and not a reward for good behavior, but a free GIFT. God in His sovereignty gave man a free will. Acts 16:31. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.
If we do not have a free will, why does God ask us to accept Him as our savior? Calvinist do not believe in the blood of Jesus to cover the sins of the whole world. First John 2:2. Without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sins. Calvinist make the cross of no effect. They believe Jesus died for nothing. Galatians 2:21. The worst of it is, according to their theology, no one has any assurance of salvation. Because no one knows who has been chosen and who has not. We are all sinners. Romans 3:23. There is none righteousness, no not one. But Gods word has the answer to Calvinism. First John 5:13. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may KNOW YE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. John 6:47. God cannot lie. Calvinist believe you can read John 3:16, but you cannot believe it unless God gives you the faith. HOGWASH. God is not the author of confusion, Calvinism is. The gospel. First Corinthians 15:1-4. That Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures, that He was buried and rose again on the third day, according to the scriptures. Galatians 1:6-9 Though we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you than that we have preached unto you, LET HIM BE ACCURSED. As we said before, so say I again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received from us, LET HIM BE ACCURSED. Calvinism is another gospel. Romans 1:16. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the POWER of God unto salvation to EVERYONE THAT BELIEVETH, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
But you clearly don't understand Calvinism. Keep reading their books and watching their videos until you fall for, oops, finally come to understand and believe in Calvinism.

I think I'd started to figure this out a few years before but it took a long time to where I could walk into a church or read a christian book and figure out if the speaker or author was using a Calvinist framework to interpret the Bible.
Dr. James White is clearly an intelligent man. It appears that his Calvinism/ Reformed teaching has taken over his mind, so James cannot think logically and explain the clear contradictions between what his system teaches and what he argues to refute those he disagrees with.
God has created us in His image and likeness, therefore a married couple is an exemplary example of the marriage covenant God wants with His bride. God started with the natural relationship between a husband and wife to begin His creation. What does White not understand?
Typical Reformed Theology apologetics, like that presented by these people -------> James White, Matt Slick, Anthony Rogers, Tyler Vela, David Louis, Kelly Powers, -------> is more akin to the *SHTICK* seen in a Vaudevillian comedy act than what would be considered an intellectual presentation.
The problem is not with James, James is right about Isaiah 55:7-8, you are blinded by your own autonomy to accept the truth of these verses. There is no negotiation with but or if, these verses are the prime statement, the rest, if fit it, can continue 🙏🙏
Why does the sinfulness of man have any bearing on anything, if God chose people BEFORE THEY WERE BORN , and BEFORE THEY DID ANYTHING GOOD OR BAD? Christ is the one compared to a “groom”, and it is a good analogy in so far as it highlights the love and intimacy He will have with His church. But if you take it beyond that point… and try to use it as it was used in this video… you are just arguing like an Atheist.

It goes to show you that you can be a Dr. and still not have knowledge about thing you're a doctor for. The blind leading the blind. Dr. White fulfills the scripture having a form of Godliness but denying the power there of. He's heretical on many levels. If Father chooses to make people for destruction then isn't possible that He made you for destruction? Where's the assurance in that? As a result he does all kinds of good things saying, " look at what I'm doing I must be saved " Thinking he's better than his neighbor promotes pride and God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. When someone tells others that the Father is responsible for people going to Hell when it's really satan and the person's choice it's blasphemy of the Holy Spirit by switching the credit to the wrong party. That's why when the pharisees said Jesus was doing miracles through satan when it was really God they blasphemed the Holy Spirit. By his own mouth he damns himself
This is pathetic. At no point did James refute Brian, because he knows he's right. I've never seen James flounder like this before. It's obvious that he's let pride come into his heart which is just the fruit of his worldview... sad
I just love James Whites arrogant Calvinism that rip a quote of God out of context, saying, "My ways are not your ways" as a means to "refute" non-Calvinists! He misses the fact that God's ways are not Calvin's ways either!
James White, if you are imitating Christ with the way you treat people, I will not become a Calvinist Baptist like you. I will become a former Christian. Or I'll stay Eastern Orthodox. Tomayto tomahto. I'm not switching teams, because I know I'm worshipping the right God thanks to you. I also think it's super rich how you ridicule people for turning God into a big man in the sky, when that's exactly what *you* are doing. He's just a giant gigachad in the sky, flexing his muscles in front of a giant cosmic mirror, occasionally yelling down at the blue and green ball "Ain't nobody down there better be trying to steal any of my *glory!"* That's what you've turned God into, Dr. White, because it's how *you* are representing him with the way you *behave* yourself. White *does not have* the temperament to be doing apologetics. He just doesn't. Whether he truly believes this stuff or not is irrelevant, because he comes across as mean-spirited and confrontational. Like he's out to win an argument, rather than hearts and minds. Which unfortunately seems to be a trend with theologians of his persuasion, and doubly unfortunate because of how needless it is. Like James White, Catholic apologist Trent Horn does apologetics for a living, and yet he is *always* gracious, charitable, patient, and knows how to listen. I like listening to his podcast, though I don't agree fully with his theology, because he treats people the way I would want to be treated. This is base level, *bare minimum* stuff, and White doesn't do it. He's *always* on the offensive.

An absolute jaw-dropper, Warren. What a masterful demolition of Calvinism.

The way to get Calvinism straight, is to read books by Calvinists. Got it ✔️⛽💡

Great illustration by Brian, and a creatively brilliant analysis and presentation by Idol Killer 😀
Excellent! Too bad you didn't put Jeff Durbin as one of White's children in the diagram!
I feel like I missed a real opportunity there.

😅😂 definitely a missed opportunity.
Lol , next time 😅
Can you imagine Jeff's reaction if he saw it, I'm imagining Mt Vesuvius erupting, especially if his face was in one of the two boys WHO AREN'T going to be saved 😂😂😂
Thank you for this video. I have watched it 3 times. You made so many good points.
How does Calvinism agree with John 3:16-18? Or First John 2:2? Or Romans 1:16? Or John 1:12? Or First Timothy 2:4?
The Doctrines of Disgrace uncovered yet again.
This is soooo good! Please, please, please keep it up!
James White has a heart of stone against the plain reading of God's Word. And the longer he buries his head in the sand, the harder his hard heart becomes
Just like the god who pours His wrath over people for "doing what He decreed" them to do...
You are knocking it out of the park lately. Another great video.
Thank you! 😊
Not just the beard. White needs to start wearing one of those "height of 1500s style" flat-topped John Calvin hats!
Mr. White. Breaking bad'... again. He's been getting hi off his own supply. The cognitive dissonance here
@@jars7774Sans mustache. I still say he's gonna convert to Islam. Submission to God

FANTASTIC story!
I never understood why my Reformed Bible study leader always said God is outside of time. I get it now. Thanks for pointing out that inconsistency.
It's due to embracing neo-Platonist metaphysics. This results in denying God is living, sequential and free. Check out my interview with Ryan Mullins on Dynamic Omniscience!
@@IdolKiller - Thank you! Found that video and will watch it soon although it sounds like challenging stuff which may cause my brain to explode. 🙃
Great video
It still cracks me up that he corrected "apo" to "apau" as if no one else who spoke Greek was going to notice his lie.
He always misrepresents tge Greek and the early church writers as well and will have to answer to GOD one day whether he believes it or not.
@@iandacosta107 This is a word that survived to modern times. One can turn on Greek TV, or go to a Greek translation guide to get its known pronunciation. That White corrected Warren is ridiculous to an extreme.

Hey this was a great video discecting what Dr White says, you cut through all the smoke, misdirection and misrepresentation on his part and we find out the video Brian made was actually a good representation of the Calvinist doctrice of election to salvation.
I keep thinking where is the strawman.... LOL you looked behind all the curtains, and there wasnt one.

AWESOME Warren! Totally AWESOME!! :-]
DW: Warren - if we contemplate the reason for the Golden Calf in the wilderness - we understand that it was designed to lead the people back into Egypt.
I would suggest to you that Calvinism has its own Golden-Calf. The "Golden-Calf" of Calvinism is its *PERSONA*
Calvinists like James White operate on a very public arena. And they have to be very careful about what picture they paint of Calvinism's *PERSONA*
As you are well aware - they will obfuscate and evade and perform all sorts of SEMANTIC TAP-DANCE routines - because the primary concern is maintaining a *PERSONA* of the belief system which they calculate people will accept.
There is an interesting word which Paul uses where he writes "Having a *FORM* of Godliness"
This word *FORM* is the Greek word *MORPHOS*
To create an *APPEARANCE*
I would submit to you that there is a *MORPHOS* in Calvinism.
Blessings!
Oh my God! You're so good! You just gained a subscriber 😊
Welcome to the madness.
I'm not even a woman, but that Reformed theologian bowtie gets me every single time.
@@DamonNomad82 Great post.

Love Brian from faith on fire … awesome teacher
Excellent video.
Of course he does. On determinism Whites books are no less the word of God then the Bible is.
@@obrien709yes and when James writes his extended copies of the bible for the Calvinists, he also takes on the role of Jesus, Jesus James.

Another home run!
Calvinists theologians have made Calvinism unfalsifiable and, therefore, unable to be tested to see if it is of God:
2 types of God's will:
Will of Decree vs Permissive Will
2 types of God's love:
General Love vs. Salvific Love
2 types of God's grace:
General Grace vs. Irresistible Grace
2 types of God's calling:
General Call vs. Effectual Call
2 types of faith in God:
Non-salvific Faith vs. Salvific Faith
2 types of death & resurrection:
Non-atoning sacrifice for the Reprobate vs. Atoning sacrifice for the Elect.
2 types of divine life:
Regenerational life before faith vs.
Jesus admits this many times:
John 5:19
So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son CAN DO NOTHING of his own accord, but ONLY what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise.
John 5:30
I CAN DO NOTHING by Myself; I judge only as I hear. And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
John 6:38
For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me.
John 8:28
So Jesus said, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing on My own, but speak exactly what the Father has taught Me.
John 12:49
I have not spoken on My own, but the Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it.
John 12:50
And I know that His command leads to eternal life. So I speak exactly what the Father has told Me to say."
John 14:10
Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me?
Oh my word! I laughed so hard when I saw JW’s face after Warrens “improvement”.
Thanks for laugh Warren!
Amazing job!
Believers need to hear this kind of unmasking of the intellectual front that parades with Greek pride!
As if reading Greek words give a different meaning than what was just mentioned.😵💫
I grieve for the pride displayed in JW stubbornness.

White almost sounds like an actual psychic
James white’s point is to say our perceptions of love and goodness are wholly unreliable.

Over time the countenance degenerates in direct proportion to the error supported by one straying from God
Every time I see White critique someone he disagrees with it’s like watching a child scribble all over a piece of paper. But I do notice how he inserts if you disagree with his logic you are ignorant of scripture structure or… you don’t believe scripture. It’s adorable 😁
Is not "from" different than "before." From the foundation does not mean before the foundation.
Apo means from, not before. That's correct
It seems as if Calvin was the Carl Marx of Christianity.
when I heard J. White said, "He started with man... he did not start with God", I recalled suddenly what a beaten boxer said when interviewed, "I beat him (the announced winner)... yeahh, i know I beat him!", when it was so obvious that he was the only one who believes he won out of the tens of thousands viewers of the fight. Likewise, it seems hard-core calvinists simply resort to a determined hard-defense, whatever happens, when cornered ☺
Doomed in the womb.
John Stawman Calvin.
23:00 reminds be of David Wood's debate where he claimed the koran says allah prays for muhammad, and hip opponent stood up to give him an arabic lesson onl to show that the koran says allah prays for muhammad.
I think if White wats to help calvinism he should be quite about it, the more he tries to defend it the more he makes the error of it be seen.
Can we take a moment to recognize that James clearly said that the only way to understand calvinism is to read a book (other than the Bible.)

I had never been to a Baptist church anyway, but hearing this about Calvinism, does help explain some things I encountered that I thought were a bit odd. I can't say for sure if they were into Calvinism. I'm just sayin'.
James White’s response was silly and childish. Just because he used a marriage analogy DOESN’T mean he started with man! He can’t be that blind! It must be a purposeful deception!
Really James had nothing to say. There was really no point in him even making that video. He only made it because his pride was hurt
This man James White has educated himself into idiocy.
If he (James White) only had a longer beard, oh, another couple of inches, then I might take him seriously.
IDK, but anything James White says, goes straight over my head. I must be one of the reprobates.

This video should be titled "The end of James White"
I used to be conflicted by the whole Calvinism vs Armeniamism/ Palagianism" debate until I found Dr Leighton Flowers of Soteriology101.
Perhaps horror past a certain point becomes farce. Love to have seen what the Marx Brothers would have done with it
Faith on fire is awesome
Props to James White for being debunked 3000 times and yet he is still a calvinist. I would give up.
White says that people deserve to go to hell for their actions, ignoring the ‘fact’ that God supposedly chose these people before they even existed! Cognitive dissonance, anyone??

@@sheilasmith7779 He was mocking White, as was I. I guess it's wrong to say White is worthless but that is what total depravity says. Imagine the Atheist making this argument to you:
*”Think of a woman about to get married to a man who told her this:
Daniel 4:34-35: “My dominion is an everlasting dominion, and my kingdom endures from generation to generation; all the [children we will have] are accounted as nothing, and I will do according to my will among [my children]; and none can stay my hand or say to me, “What have you done?”
That bride to be should run!”*
Would the atheist be making a “good argument” or a “bad analogy” by conflating God with a human relationship?
Christ is the one compared to a “groom”, and it is a good analogy in so far as it highlights the love and intimacy He will have with His church. But if you take it beyond that point… and try to use it as it was used in this video… you are just arguing like an Atheist.
