I can't stop watching this dance. Sometimes ending my day with it, so filled with joy and playfulness, while excellent in the craft. How does it get any better than this... 😍 (Regarding the second place: As I see it, the penalty was during the first dance. The moment he crawled through her legs one of the jury raised a red sign. I imagine that it's forbidden to have her higher than him - see end of song 1. They were laughing about it, so if they are okay, I am, too. Everyone can see and feel that this was an extraordinary dance.)

So yes- why does it say disqualified? Guess you guys got disqualified for some technical reason. (?) Not getting a warm fuzzy here. Was it the micro- lift? Did you communicate too much or have really good eye contact or were you just having too much FUN?!
lifts are forbidden in Jack & Jill Competitions. I don't remember exactly if the rules say that the dancers must always be able to support their own weight or if always at least one foot must be touching the floor but either way the lift at the end breaks both 🤷♀️
@@helantopia Yup. I re-read the rules to make sure. That does take some of the fun and spontaneity out of Jack n Jill but I am sure it makes it safer too. I noticed that not every “draw your dance” competition follows those rules.

Y’all are soooo natural! ❤
What fun watch, these two!
Восторг!🤣👍😍
Amazing! 👏🤩💕

Because they did a “lift” at the end which was against the rules for this competition. Yeah, super lame.
It was not disqualified- it got a penalty, so instead of first place, it got second… Sometimes you sacrifice for the sake of what’s important to you…
