    This man does cardio like 6 hours a day. He could likely afford more sugar than most, is what I'm gathering. Also, the cereal keeps him happy so maybe that's part of it too. It's not a diet for everyone, but it works for him.

      so do most athletes, if you think this guy has his macros done properly and its essential to eat a lot of carbs and cereal.... just look at how jordan burroughs
      eats and see the huge difference. nobody says you need to stay strict, eating what you like is ok too ofc but eating like 4 bowls of cereals is ridiculous for olympic level athletes :))))

      @@tonythenonja I meant generally, if you want top physical performance not targeting you specifically since its not ur vid bro. Most athletes don't eat sugar that much man.... literally go to any gym and follow any amateur to pro athlete.

    Thank for the video. It's interesting to see how actually champion eat. But I think you should have mention so people don't get confused and their diet should be different from he's. As he's day is really intense. So they don't start eating like him otherwise they will get fat

    This is one of the worst diets I’ve ever seen, his sugar intake must be through the roof!

      Yeah but he's constantly training. Sugar actually helps with recovery because it replenishes glycogen quickly. Look up kenyan runners diets. They eat a lot of sugar. It's only bad for you if you're sedentary all day. All that sugar gets stored as fat. So HA!

    Seriously cut out the cereals buddy !!!
    The fruit and bananas are fine . I have those with kafir yoghurt and stones rolled oats , chia seeds and sunflower seeds . Quick and easy for pre- first training session . I’ve been involved in karate since 1981 and was a England team karateka in the 1980’s and 1990’s .
    We had no weight categories at all !!!
    I avoid cereals as they are all processed and full of crap .
    I’m also a PT and nutritional advisor . I hope you have had a full nutritional input from your olympic team coaches !!!
    I viewed food as fuel in my competitive days . I’m now 55 , still training daily and still watching my dietary health . We are what we eat and an athletes success is also at the refrigerator door !!!

    Olympic athletes in the smaller or less popular sports rely heavily on sponsors to get by, clearly he is fishing for a cereal sponsor.

      I do martial arts but my diet definitely doesn’t look like this 😂 I eat lean meats (chicken and fish) and vegetables throughout the day and clean carbs. When I get older I’m going to throw some feed me more nutrition products in there!

      Goju and Kyokushin are fantastic styles.
      I'm a Shotokan karateka🥋 but I really appreciate other styles.

      Connor Mcgregor uses Shotokan.
      And if you watch One, Kyokushin is pretty effective.
      Fun fact: kickboxing is derived from Kyokushin.
