Lunar Lantern Festival left me jaw dropped. The level of detail and polish is insane! I'd say this track is actually more polished than the majority of Nintendo tracks in the game. This truly is an amazing time for custom tracks
I LOVE that Dragon Driftway-inspired Lunar Lanturn Festival track! Especially with the faux-"anti gravity section" with the sky inverted. That's so unique!
As soon as you name your track "Bowser's Termination Station" you've set expectations unbelievably high. Like, it would be universally wrong for a bad track to be called "Termination Station". As expected, the track is god tier.
Custom tracks are evolving to something else. Sick video, sick tracks. Squire has some true talent with his CTs. Thank you for showcasing N64 Rainbow Road as well!

Yooo that Moon Kingdom Track could literally be a MK8 stage of it had some more hazards, but the cheese land-esque holes in the ground already feel very official, they’re very fitting and add to the gameplay
Every month these tracks get better and better. It's amazing to see how alive this game is after so many years and how people keep improving their track making skills!
As someone with over a thousand hours in Mario Odyssey, I can tell you that the trace themed after it was absolutely phenomenal. The ground really matched the feel of the game. The wedding hall felt much like the one in game. And unlike Odyssey, you actually get to go onto the ship!
cpfusion's N64 Rainbow Road needs to be added to CTGP. And not only that, they also need to remove the hidden tracks. I just don't see any reason to keep the old N64 Rainbow Road or Star Slope in CTGP (and everyone knows about the hidden tracks anyways so they're not really hidden).
i love star slope tbh, it's a good classic, but idk why they keep that and rainbow road hidden. whether people like these tracks or not, they could still replace tracks in ctgp that are much less good quality

Also, to answer your question; the creator of each track needs to submit the track to be reviewed for CTGP. It's actually a big process. I am thinking about releasing a distribution of these tracks that I showcase at the end of each year to celebrate the custom tracks! (Alongside the Top 50 video).

I love Emerald coast, mostly bias as SA1 was the second game I ever played (first being SA2) on the 360, that music is so good
