I think it's safe to say that NO ONE on here knows or has ever met Josh's family, but just by looking at the pictures, I can TOTALLY see how loving and supportive they all are. He seems like a real family man, and I LOVE THAT ABOUT HIM! Beautiful family. :)

Josh has said that he wrote this song shortly after spending a vacation with his family. He was so touched by the special time they'd all spent together that he wanted to write a song for his family to remind himself not to take them or his time with them forgranted. He said that his mom cried when she heard this song for the first time.

The background music is very depressing...making your video seem like there's a tragedy surrounding him. He and his voice brings so much love and emotion to his songs lifting people out of low emotional places.
Is the older lady in one of the shots his dad's (Jack"s) mom? I know on one of his album's liner notes he'd mentioned one grandmother who'd passed away. Just wondered. She just looks like a typical sweet Jewish grandma!

I wouldn't have expected his hair to be so light even though my dad had blonde hair when he was a child and it darkened to almost black! I was looking at a picture of his hockey team when he was a child. I guessed that the little boy who looked like me was him (I'm a girl but looked like my dad when I was younger) but nope! He was the little blonde boy next to that one!...ehem.. anyway, Josh rocks!
