Now that is a question... Would a mindreader be able to hear the voices in your head, or just your reaction to them? I guess, it depends. Is this "other voice" entity truly there inputting thoughts into your head, or is it a figment of your imagination and the mindreader can only hear your reactions to it? Either way...all signs point to yes. If there IS another entity putting voices into your head, that means the thoughts are projected in YOUR head, and therefore the mindreader can read them from you or the entity themselves. Whether or not the mindreader can read it from the entity, depends on what the entity is. Such as, is it a shadowy figure, a hivemind, an alien species, or something demonic? Because then things like cognitive reading and overall distance must be brought up. If the entity is indeed a physical being, then we must question how close they must be in order to project voices in your mind, and what the distance scope of the mind reader is. However! If the voices are truly just your mental state, then again, yes. Because its your thoughts projected out for the mind reader to read. So they'll have a play by play dialogue of you and yourself (or your DID or schizophrenia etc.) At least that's what I think. ...sorry, I went off on a tangent.
