Group Dynamics: What drives group formation?

This is the fourth lecture in a series of senior level undergraduate lectures on group dynamics that I created and have been teaching for many years. This lecture explores all of the different factors that contribute to group formation. We'll look at individual factors like personality, different attraction principles, and the various social needs we all have.
