I just heard, somewhat, what happened to you. I'm so sorry. I can only say: Miserable people love to spread misery and I am sooooo happy and relieved that you and your family, including your animals, are safe. This brought me to tears...All my love, dear Crystal. I've only been doing crochet for a 6 months and you have been my teacher. I thank you for that. ❤❤❤
Want to give my support as well. I don't know exactly what happened, cause I couldn't follow live stream due to work. But saw some disturbing things going by about nastiness done to you by a petty individual. I am so sorry someone was so jealous about your hard earned achievement that they did something so horrendous. I hope you and your familie are going to be allright. Love & best wishes from The Netherlands xxx❤xxx
Do you have a written pattern I can purchase .
My son asked me to make some placemats for their new table. I think this will make some real pretty ones! Thanks
I think placemats with this stitch would be lovely!
Can I use these stitches bed cover
As a placemat, maybe use cotton 🤔 since some of the food on place will be hot. 😊
This pattern would look great as placemats.
@@wanlov123 Thanks for the reminder about hot stuff!
Right when I think “ I don’t know if I can do it?” You always say “ You can do it!” And that is sooo motivational ❤️❤️
Agree....I know I will mess up and only realize it when the blanket starts deforming 😮
“What they said” ! Everyone has said it all. What an awesome, stitch, colour and tutorial! We gardeners love any shade of green. Thanks Crystal. ❤❤❤
Hi Crystal. I'm always amazed at the number of stitches you have in your mind. Your mind must be on autopilot all the time. Love this stich and who doesn't like a one row repeat. Hugs as always. Donna💜💜💜💜💜
Maybe she keeps a book/journal of stitches? It must be a thick one! 🙂
That's really cool
Love this! Appreciate You.
❤
**Great REMNANT BUSTER!!** Because C2C is not much of a yarn gobbler, you can use up your leftover balls of yarn and make every "round" in a different color! Do the first 3 "center" rounds with one color, then switch to another color for the next couple rounds, then another for the next couple, and so on. This is a fantastic pattern, thanks so much for a new "twist" on C2C! 💜💜
Crystal, it took *YOU* to help me make sense of the C2C stitch. It grew into a love/hate relationship. I loved the stitch 'cause once it made sense, I could whip something up without any prompting, B-U-T I grew to find it terribly annoying. I have trouble sticking with something if it becomes tedious to me & C2C doesn't allow the "oh, it's big enough, so I'll stop here" tactic. So I thought, "Oh, goody! Crystal's gonna teach us something magical!🙄😶😄I think I'll have this video on replay for LOTS more viewing.
WOWZER!!!! 😮
I have NEVER seen C2C like this!! Nice😊 AND The Green Hook With the Green Yarn Was Extremely Satisfying ❤
Crystal, Thank You for these videos. You keep coming out with such great projects, this one is just beautiful. It will take me some time to make this and the shawl. If I have to watch your video 1 million times I’m going to get these done. If it wasn’t for you, I would not be able to crochet, what I like is, I can always go back and rewatch to get it right. You have given me something to look forward to every day and put a smile on my face. God bless you, for all that you do, and your family... ❤️
Crystal I am a bit obsessed. I love this stitch pattern. Blankets are my favorite make, and I am loving this for a blanket! I think I’ve commented before, but it deserves repeating!! I love all your tutorials but this one really has me right now. ❤
You're the best crochet artists out there😊
The C2C is on of my favorite stitches and I cannot wait to start this. Thank you, Crystal for another great tutorial.
❤ I love your tutorials. I love that you don’t go way too slow and you explain everything and you stay with us. You talk us through everything thank you thank you thank you.
Crystal
I missed the livestream but read your post. I don’t know what happened and it’s truly none of my business… but I’ve always had such a fondness for you and your family and just knowing someone meant to intentionally hurt you makes my heart so sad!!!
I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers and look forward to the day when you return to UA-cam….
You are so loved!!!
Aaaannnnd, another BOD tutorial to my saved list. Goodness! I have so many saved. I need to take several years off to do them all. This is not a problem by any stretch. I just need to find more hours in my days.
Crystal, you are keeping me busy until the end of time with all your beautiful video projects.
This is absolutely beautiful ❤...thank you😊
I also bought your patterns on etsy. Definitely have a lot of projects to make.😂😅
This green crochet is Beautiful !!!!
Hello Crystal, thank you for this mind changing tutorial. For all people outside, whose wanna to do a blanket for adult ones, I would say: you need a multiple of 5 and 3 turning chains. Those under us, whose don't like great spaces, make only 2 turning chains.
Greetings from Germany
Beautiful! Yours almost looks 3d. Looks like Granny sq and Ocean Wave had a baby 😂. I love it and it’s going on my always growing Gotta Do List! Thank you my Amazing Friend!❤❤
Love this green afghan. ❤❤ surprise. I'm absolutely not going to start another project until I finish the "Shawl", and another smaller project. You are my sunshine when skies are gray, I love to sit and crochet with you.😊
❤️❤️❤️
I took one restart but got it finally. And it is easier to see the corners now. This is a lot of fun to crochet. I love turning your blankets into baby blankets that get donated. Thanks for another fun pattern.❤
Borders are what I struggle with the most. I love that this pattern creates it’s own borders!
This is one of my favorite things you've made recently! It's so pretty and really original looking too. Love it!
This is a very beautiful stitch/pattern. Love the green colors too.😊
You are a mind reader!!! I have tried 3 different patterns with ombre color and frogged them because I didn't like them. Then poof, Crystal saved the day!! Easy to follow and loving it!! Thanks
Thank you!
This pattern would make beautiful placemats too!
What a gorgeous blanket. Thank you Crystal.
No one makes things more clear than you do. Congrats on a million viewers!
Hi there, I'm from South Africa 🇿🇦 and I ❤️ your work and going to make blanket. I make years ago a baby SHAWL.the same pattern for my daughter and she's now in over 40 already. Keep on with your good work I ❤️ love it very much bye-bye. 😅😂
C2C has always intimidated me. You are a very good teacher because I look forward to starting this pattern. Thank you for this.
I got it Crystal , put a marker to remind me where I needed to chain 6 , as you said this is extremely easy , just not at the beginning lol😂.
Can’t wait to share your channel with my knit/crochet group . Lovely , lovely pattern . I encourage everyone to stay with it and play back as often as needed . 👵🏻😘
I love this! I’ve been wanting to do a corner to corner but didn’t love the “corner to corner” look. This is exactly what I’ve been wanting!!! It’s working up so quickly and easily. Thank you so much for another beautiful pattern and wonderful tutorial!
This is GENIUS!!! Thank Crystal!!! I’ve done rectangular C2C before but not like this… this is so much better. I’ve already started a baby blanket and it’s looking really great! It’s easy to do too which is always a bonus!! 👏👏👏 Thanks again - I know I’ll be using this again and again. ❤️
This is, legitimately, friggin genius!

This may not be the best place to post this comment, but I just wanted to say how sorry I am for what happened to you and your family. I thank God no one was injured. Although I understand that emotionally, you were all very much affected by it. My prayers for you and your family. 🙏 ❤ Jan
I’m so happy that you make projects that we can easily follow along. And the yarn we can actually find and use is a Huge Bonus 🫶🏽
I had to come back and comment again. I immediately watched this and started a blanket. I absolutely love this Crystal. Thank you so very much for your tutorials. And this is just the coolest! Thank you for all you do. ❤

Cheryl!
Needed a quick and relaxing stitch to make a lap blanket. This is it! Thank you!

Crystal. Amazing. I love the appearance of 3D. Thank you for continuing to share with us. Congratulations 🎊 ❤
I’ve never seen anything like this! It’s so unique, beautiful and so darn COOL! 😎 Once I finish another BOD crochet blanket I’m working on, I’ll give this a try. You’re a genius Crystal! I couldn’t wait to try this stitch! I got started this morning and after the first few rows, Crystal is absolutely right…it becomes extremely easy! And I’m a lefty so sometimes things are a bit challenging…not with Crystal as our teacher though!
Very cool project!! Looks very easy and fun to do. Thank you for this great tutorial ❤❤
I need another set or two of hands, my list of want to make keeps growing longer and longer😊. Thank you for another great tutorial.
Glad you like them! 🥰
I always wanted to learn how to make a c2c blanket. Thank you Crystal❤
C2C in a rectangle? Wow, it cannot get any better than that. Thank you. Darkness is so vast out there, sad,,,,, but you Crystal illuminate it, just one Crystal at a time.
That was fascinating to watch. Can't wait to try it. Ty
This c2c blanket is beautiful and I’ve never seen it done like this before. Thank you for all your wonderful tutorials ❤
So pretty. I love that green yarn.
So nice and very easy to understand , you’re a very good teacher
I've been wanting to make a crochet rug. This would be perfect with a sturdy yarn!
or multiple strands!! makes a wonderful rug.. 3 or 4 is really nice and stout, but running two together is pretty awesome too!
That is cool. I like the texture of the C2C stitch.
Wow this is gorgeous! That green makes it all come together. It looks like it would work up rather quickly.
Crystal! Thinking of you and praying for the best. Will keep watching while you are on a break. Please come back sooner than a month!!!🦋♥️💕♥️💕
A beautiful surprise stitch! Thank you!🦋
Hi Crystal, I started this blanket. I could never do a C2C and this is great. Thank you so much for this pattern.
Absolutely love this stitch. Your tutorial is so understandable!! It’s my next project for sure. Thanks💖🕊🌟❤️
OMG!!! This is a beaut!!! Gonna make this one!
Thank you for showing us when you struggle a bit. Gives me courage to continue.
Finished the one I started while watching this tutorial turned out beautiful will post on Facebook tomorrow just watched again to take notes so I can make another one ❤ You're absolutely right super easy and works up quickly ❤
This is a genius pattern!! Quite easy as you've shown, yet simply gorgeous!! I saved it to my favorite crochet videos so that I can quickly refer to it later. Thank you🌹🌹🌹
Oh how beautiful. Those are my favorite colours ❤
Omg 😍 I have been gathering merino yarn to make a monochromatic blanket, and I think this would be amazing! 😊 thank you Crystal ❤
I am just going to finish my alpine cardigan first. I don't like having tons of wips in progress at once 😬
Before I started making beanies with your tutorials, I only knew two stitches. You are my teacher. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with all of us! Appreciate you 🥰
More beautiful than astroturf. For some weird reason that piece makes me hungry. Thanks for my veggie reminder. Gorgeous green. Many blessings ya'll.
Just found you and love your teaching method! I’ve been wanting to do this C2C pattern however I’m not a fan of square blankets. I was so exciting to find it in a rectangle!! Watched your video, went to my yarn stash picked out some yarn and watched video again working along with you. I’m off and running!! Thanks again for the tutorial. 💗🕊🌟💖
Hi Crystal I heard what happened to you and your family and I'm so sorry for what you guys been through. Prayers to you and your family.😢 Thank God no one was hurt and none of your animals too. Sorry I'm posting this here, I know it's not the place. Love you and your family and adorable pets. Honey prayers.
Thank you for this. I had problems with C2C but this is so much easier for me & I love how it turned out.
I love the fact that you show us that sometimes crochet can be a struggle. I often have trouble with the first row and especially with the back bump.
I love this! Doing it immediately! Thank you, Crystal! 💕💕💕
Crystal, thank you for this pattern, I love it, not difficult and crochets up fast! Beautiful placemats, I’m whipping them out for Christmas gifts. 😊
I am going to make this in cotton to put down as a rug in my kitchen. I love this! Thank you!
Cool! So I just need to go grab my shades of blue Red Heart Ombré and get started. 🥰🎉❤😊
Love that green yarn. Pretty blanket.
This is such a fun pattern, and your instructions have made it encouraging and easy! It works so well with ombre yarn, and I'm making this one of my prime go-to patterns. Many thanks, and I'll look forward to your next tutorial! 😁
Ok, I’m dropping everything to do this NOW! It’s too ingenious to resist. What an amazing stitch pattern. Thank you, Crystal.
…. EDIT!! (about an hour later):
So I just started this with some Caron Jumbo Ombré and it’s really easy to do!! And it’s beautiful. People, you have to try this. Crystal is an absolute genius.
❤❤❤
I already love C2C, and worked in rectangle looks so awesome. I can’t wait to try it ❤
Congratulations 🥳 on 1 million subscribers
I always have trouble working in the back bump. That looks so neat❤
Crystal ❤❤❤❤ I was trying to find a blanket to make for my grandson(due in September) and this is perfect!!!! You are the best❤❤❤❤
This is brilliant! Thank you for showing us this. 💜
You have forever altered my attitude towards C2C patterns. I may never make another standard corner to corner blanket starting from the corner. This is perfect for when you are not sure if you have enough of one certain to make an entire blanket because it gives you the option of adding other colors and making it bigger. Thank you so very much, Crystal! Another "save the day" project to add to my repertoire.
Congrats on the 1M!!! That's so amazing. Here to support you and also say I am so sorry that someone rained on your party like that. What a nightmare! All the love to you and your family. You're an amazing person and never forget that. 🥰
It is gorgeous!!!
I'm still watching your videos; this is one of my favs... C2C!
This is fabulous Crystal! I have some Redheart ombré looking at me right now and it now has a project! 😬💜🇬🇧
This is beautiful!
Wow! Gorgeous.
Girl you have me making just about everything you post. I LOVE IT
Wow this is gorgeous!!
I'm excited about this tutorial!
This is beautiful!!!
I LOVE green!!
