    I've already had my "wish fulfilled" in the past, so I remember exactly what receiving that goal was like! I just moved into my new home, and I remember feeling soooooo happy, excited, joyful, motivated, free and peaceful!...

    I find the "feeling" for me is the little things during the day. Feeling abundant for example. Needing new shoes my mind would automatically jump to payday when it is possible. Dentist? New glasses? After payday. I try to capture the feeling that I can afford anything anytime and to divert my automatic thought stream"automatic jump to payday and the lack before payday to just feeling calm secure and at peace that all my needs and more are met every day.

    This is the best description of the wish fulfilled I’ve found. My instinct has always told me that it’s the deep knowing, the mood of “of course this is true.” The excitement feeling has never worked for me. It’s that content feeling of “I have a secret, the outside world can’t see it yet, but I can and I know it’s true.” And then I see it manifest. Sometimes I’ll wake up and say, “oh, I wonder how the universe is going to bring me money today, I can’t wait to see how it arrives” and then I’ll get something in the mail, like a refund from an overpayment on a bill, or a random discount on something I needed to buy. The difficult thing is keeping it all day everyday. It does take work. But the time is going to pass anyway, so why not. I will start my day with these videos and rewatch my favorites. Niclas always says at least one thing I each video that gives me goosebumps, and I know that is what I needed to hear that day.

    i think people do abandon manifesting because they are trying to maintain an emotion and they get exhausted or feel like an inposter.

      I did watch lot of videos i think i do it ok ive been feeling the end result im positive happy its been 11 months im not saying this to be negative i keep on with the mood my sp and i are buying a house togheter and will have a child...

    I think a good way to practice this would be after you finish the imaginal scene close your eyes and now with the mind blank recall and resonate in the body the feeling of that fulfilled state perhaps its peace, relief or physical relaxation. And just try during the day recall this mood more then any affirmation or mental picture and carry as Neville says this mood as your new clothes. The more you resonate the clearer will be the mood and therefore the stronger the conviction that ‘Its coming’ and ‘My wish is on its wat’.

    You are always radiating a vibration that is generated by your concept of yourself “what you believe yourself to be, Your I am ness. Your State of Being. This vibration you feel as an E-Motion or Energy in Motion. For most they have come so use to the feeling they become unconscious of it. To change your State of Being, you must feel what it would be like to FEEL to be the being in vision. Feeling is Being. You must become a part of this new state of energy by feeling you are it. Not being an observer, but being it! When the new feeling becomes a part of who you are to the extent that it become your natural state of being, your experience will reflect that, whether your conscious of the feeling or not.     This is a good distinction between the two! It's like: once you know that you will get a salary increase, how do you feel? Your mindset about your income has changed, there is a mood there, now you call it by the name you are thinking.

    This video has resonated with me soooooooo much and completely changed my outlook on "feeling of the end". I have been trying sooooo hard to feel "happy emotions" and it gets so hard to stay in that mode. Then, I end up getting out of the feeling because I put so much pressure that it creates resistance. Now I just feel light hearted about it and it feels soooo natural and I can stay in this state!. Thank you brother this helped soooooo much. Being light hearted with it is actually soooo fun

    Been binging your videos. They are super educational for a ding dong like me who for the life of me can't understand Neville's writings :') But sometimes, I feel like Neville's a bit ignorant when it comes to just basic human psychology. Grateful, thankful, fulfiled ARE emotions :') My therapist gave me emotion wheels and they are on this wheel. Please don't be so afraid with "emotions". And also, mood are essentially emotions that stay for a while... I've manifested SP within a month (getting married next year), a move to another continent, etc, by Being sometimes having the emotions of the being, but also sometimes not at all :D

    One thing that many people misunderstand, is the feeling part.
    Feeling here is further explained as "Sensory felt" which means you have to sense your scene (sight sound touch...). The more senses you engage, the surer it becomes.
    One of the senses which Neville talks about a lot is touching
    Try to touch objects of importance in your imagination scene.

    Thanks Niclas. I watch all your vidoes. I am confused between mood and emotion. Is joy and feeling happy an emotion or mood. People say: Oh, he/she is just in a mood. I dont understand that.

    same question hope you answer have not seen you in the comments in a bit. looking for clarity on the changes in how often to "feel it" and does repeating too often cause delay or resistance?... was Neville's teacher Abdullah wrong? i have been caught in the contradictions between Abdulla and Neville's early teachings and at the end... repeat every day? only three days (as in the middle of his career) or in your "relief" video just cast your bread upon the water once? does repeating every day cause resistance or delay in the result? very confusing at times as Neville changes his direction but there is never any clarification on the why of it. Thank you very much.

      You imagine until you naturally drop it(you start forgetting to imagine) or until the physical manifestation comes to pass. Thereis no rule as to how many times should you imagine. Neville said frequency is important, by that he means not some energy vibration but how frequently do you feel the feeling of the wish fullfilled.

    I appreciate the introduction to Neville’s work; I had some experience with LOA prior to this but this is a good reminder of the necessity of staying in the “it’s done” space. But I’m struggling. I’m on a roller coaster between “it’s done” and “who am I kidding” and am really struggling with how to shorten (with the intent of getting out of and done with) the doubting times. Do you have a video specifically for how to get past the doubts, or is that in the free masterclass, or …? I’m not sure where to look. TIA!

    What if we get into the end state and feel negative feelings and our gut tightens and we feel bad instead of good? Then what do we do?

      This used to happen to me a lot. I have actually realized that when this happens it means youre trying to use force to feel good.
      I recommend staying still and relaxed even if an uncomfortable feeling arises allow it and breathe in and out, remaning in a relaxed state. Practice remaning still without force.
      Feeling bad when meditating or visualizing means there are blocks and resistance that have not yet been resolved.
      I even used to visualize myself having what i wanted and something bad would arise in my mind. That is the stress/emotional turmoil stuck in your body. This is usually what makes you sick.
      Pay attention to it and see it from a neutral perspective dont see it as something bad.
      When seeing what you want allow the image to appear slowly and hold a few seconds of breathe in between each inhale and exhale.
      Without forcing see the blackness behind your eyelids while resting in that blackness whatever thought arises dont stop it or try to change it. Simply know that those thoughts have no power unless you respond to them. Basically shake hands with that "negativity".
      I would experience pressure in my chest and my entire body, my body would even shake at times.
      You can even tell yourself to relax talking to yourself in a 3 person perspective.

      I also noticed that telling myself "Relax, feel, and know that this _________ is resolved" as if i was someone else speaking to myself was by far the most effective way to heal stress and things that were stuck in the body.

    Hi Niclas I have a question. I think I understand wish fulfilled is the key. I will be seeing my SP on Monday. Should I manifest how I want the interaction to be on Monday or do I just do my normal manifestation. Any guidance please given the short time frame

      maybe this could help you, as it helps me a lot:
      1. always return to your imagination as it is the only reality.
      2. nervous system regulation.
      3. I AM meditation.
      4. Self concept work (Keep being the person who you want to become. It might feels fake at first, but the more you embodying it by putting yourself out there and having interaction with others, the more natural it will be.)
