I also chose not to have a microwave or any soda in my house while my kids were little. A lot of people criticized me for this but I stand by it. I didn’t want my kids raised on TV dinners, and sugary soda. A lot of my relatives growing up had diabetes and still consumed the stuff. I wanted to give instill better habits in my own kids.

I work in a school cafeteria that actually provides microwaves for the students to use.
I doubt. If your parents teach you something good since the young age, you understand it better. My parents been very strict about my diet as a kid, as well as sports, way of life, unhealthy stuff and I have never done something like "oh, I am on a trip with school, there're no parents, let's drink some Coke and eat some chips. I didn't have to, didn't want to. I enjoyed my healthy and tasty snack much better. 😊
So I should go buy all this stuff to make sure the Kardashians / Jenner's don't come into my house in the same way you buy garlic / crucifixes to make sure vampires don't come into your house.
