No disrepect to the almighty brother ali, but I have a comment for sage if you happen to see this.
I would like to say thank you for one of the best concert experiences i ever had.
Context: ive been to every show you have had in orlando, but one stands out. You may or may not remember due to it being just one of many. But if I remember correctly, it was at the social and the sound system shit the bed and you did a good portion of the show on a stool in the middle of the crowd. It was fuckin awesome and I still tell people about it to this day. Once again, just wanted to say thanks for such a great experience. ✌️

Great discussion. a lil input from the listener’s end; love and service is one of my favorites of yours, probably tied with all the beauty. I don’t usually purchase music because ya know, the economy, but I actually got both on vinyl at the same time as a sort of support move for you when I had a little extra flexible money, and yeah so the lofi vibe of it is one of my favorite aspects! it’s a Brother Ali record so you know the rhymes and messages are going to be on point, but sonically it was super enjoyable and unique, and your branching out to singing on that hook was super successful in my opinion and I would love to see that continued development. As you have shown consistently and know for yourself that you have a great musicality, remember that your internal space telling you it’s awesome is the truth so whatever you’re hearing about ‘oh is it even a real album’ that’s just wack. it’s honestly the first music I’ve purchased in years, and I feel like I can spin that record in front of my kids and that’s cool and ya anyways, just want to show some support. Keep doing your thing man
