Sheila 💋....❤❤❤❤❤.......When I was 11....I had a crush on her in 74.......I'm 59 now and I still have that childhood crush memory. Gorgeous and still is.
Ofcourse some of the British guys were going to move on on that , they had that distinctive black American beauty and style , it appears Sheila has adapted something of a British accent?
I would have liked to know about Fayette. What happened w/her? This could have been better w/more details about the ladies, though I'm glad to see anything about The Three Degrees. Wonderful music and memories of a fabulous threesome. "When Will I See You Again" is a song that does a soul a lot of good. Just beautiful.
I remember listening to this particular song, when I was about 10 years old, I was in love with it, got me dancing, my mom thought I was crazy LOL. Like most female group singers, they were abused by their producer, husband or their record companies. Like Tina Turner, she was very brave to leave her abusive husband and turn around to be one of the most successful singer of all time. I love the oldies music.
I Love this song. I was 14 year's old when it came out and had a huge crush on on the boy across the street from me. Where ever you are Felix, I often think about you. Sweet memories
Yes indeed. When I first heard their song Precious Moments too many years ago that tune just took me away. Just now I'm rediscovering them all again this day 1/12/2023!
When I was in my early teens, on first hearing them, the Three Degrees became my favourite female group ... and still are. There hasn't been anyone to match them ever since ... and that's well over 40 years ago.
I had a huge crush on The Three Degrees in the seventies, I was 22 at the time I think. Sheila was always my favorite and when she left, I kind of moved on. It is great to see her now and know she is doing well. She is still as beautiful as ever. In my eyes anyway. She has a bit of a British accent now. It makes her even more beautiful.
Wow, I was born in '70 to 19yo parents so I not only grew up hearing 60's music I loved it, and still do, and have never heard this name BEFORE! Yet I know some of their songs very well but obviously never knew the name of the singer or group that sung them.
My good friend Sheila once told me that Bernard Manning was so disrespectful to the girls on that show .Also Sheila 100% made the right decision to leave the group her children had to come first simple as that .
I love that song, but I didn't know who performed it or who wrote it. It's no surprise that the song was written by legendary songwriters. It has the quality of a well-crafted song. I wasn't going to watch this, but I am glad I did. I thought it was a one-hit group that sang this, but it's good to know they were well-trained and were big in the UK for a while.
Tones and I is one of the many exceptions. I love her. Plus Indila and the lead singer of Chapel Hart. There's others. When I 1st saw Tone I was so happy - natural and wonderful!
Adoro. A formação com Sheila Fergunson foi a melhor. Que charme que delicadeza ❤ adoro a Diana Ross mas vcs tem seu legado diferente da apresentação das supremes
I see this and all I can think of is the hell they must have gone through, from men in the industry, to do what they liked, whether they realized what was happening to them or not.
I am so glad this documentary has returned, I haven't seen this since 2009•2010; on UA-cam this was a short 'cut to the chase' version while things have changed over the years, now I can REALLY pay close attention:👍
Great interviews. Loved the background wherever Sheila was filmed was fantastic. I think it's great that the group is still performing today. They are fantastic.
In USA they were quite popular in 1973-75 - even had main roles on an episode of Sanford and Son which was a top 3 TV show during that period. Could not maintain the North American hits after 1975 - but the UK embraced them. Almost like cliff richards - only a couple of US hits but a laundry list of hits in UK where he was knighted.
Richard Barrett predated Berry Gordy. Jerry Blavat is lying again for attention. Richard Barrett had been the manager for the first super girls group the Chantels in the 1950s and 60s. He taught all of his groups about grooming , posture and stage work. All of that before Gordy had Hitsville. The Valentines, Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers, Little Anthony and the Imperials for starters. You doc makers have to do your homework and not rely on people who want attention and give you the wrong information.
Each one of them pretty and each one of them could REALLY SING❤❤
The three degrees they were brilliant and they what you call music,❤👍
Ladies, Thanks for all the beautiful music and memories.
What an elegance. ❤
Sheila Ferguson is one of the most beautiful woman in the world.
You can tell she has lived in England her voice is just lovely.
Lives

I know exactly what you mean. I have had a crush on Sheila for over fifty years now.
They were the original Baddies!! Fly elegant graceful and talented!
Beautiful voices and gorgeous with class and style
When Will I See You Again is timeless. A phone call from heaven.
They deserve a whole "Unsung" episode ... No offense to whom every did this documentary... It's not informative yet I'd like to know so muxh more.....

Lovely, femenine, sweet voices, never more we Will find another like they were thank you!
One of the Best Ladies Bands. Right there with the Supremes. Their music is almost Eternal.
I Love this song. I was 14 year's old when it came out and had a huge crush on on the boy across the street from me. Where ever you are Felix, I often think about you. Sweet memories
Fascinating story I’ve never before heard.
Glad to find out the back story on these ladies. They really paid their dues. Wish that 70's sound was still around.
Yes indeed. When I first heard their song Precious Moments too many years ago that tune just took me away.
Just now I'm rediscovering them all again this day 1/12/2023!
Thanks for the condensed bio one of my favorite groups.

Today it is all about the video, and not about the music. It is true that somewhere along the way, the music died. So sad
MORE MORE MORE… please publish more of the three degrees. They deserve more than 12 minutes.
Great I love them
Great singing voices and great speaking voices as well.
Still my favourite and now into my eighties and got to see them in Buxton on their last tour. (Wonderful) thank you ladies.....
I'm glad someone is on the same wavelength as me love and best wishes take care..

Beautiful ladies Beautiful song 😍
Pego con un hit en Lima - Peru, cuando te volvere a ver. Bonita balada soul.
3 Beautiful Angels ❤

Didnt know they were so popular.
Oh yes! They were big in the late sixties through late seventies..❤❤
Our women folk used to be so classy, so dignified and beautiful in contrast to the garbage of today.
Tones and I is one of the many exceptions. I love her. Plus Indila and the lead singer of Chapel Hart. There's others. When I 1st saw Tone I was so happy - natural and wonderful!

Brilliant documentary and commentary.
Good Documentary.
So super! 😍
Sensacional !!!
Sheila is such a professional Excellence !
Sheila's credit for the group is wrong, it says 1966-1984, when it should be 1966-1986.
GREAT SONG!
I see this and all I can think of is the hell they must have gone through, from men in the industry, to do what they liked, whether they realized what was happening to them or not.
Thankyou This is best beautiful group
I ove Three Degrees ❤🇸🇽
Amazing group and really amazing girls…. Also in 2022
Good memories
Thank you for this. I've been looking for this documentary. I recall the whole documentary was on UA-cam, but it was taken down years ago.
This "doc" brought some insight into the history of the 3 Degrees. Thanks m. d. u. for this great upload....
Sheila had/has the x-factor❤️

THREE DEGREES🎙🔥👄 w/ SHEILAAAA💖💥💖💥💖💥💖💖💖🥰💋💋💥💥💥
The Three Degrees & The Bluebelles were the two Girlbands who didn't make it because they didn't have the proper Songwriters/Producers.
Maybe in America, but throughout the rest of the world, the three degrees were a big success.
Thet're still beautiful.
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
