They Rev the car in to limiter and then there is a switch wired in to activate launch control on the engine management system to change the sound, pitch and hype 😂😂😂
So car spinning is an actual sport/entertainment concept in South Africa, it's mostly about showcasing spinning skills and car handling. Everything you see in these videos is a normal Friday, Saturday afternoon in SA. It's pretty wild but we love it here.

The Rev limiter thing is like a launch control mechanism. We use what's called a dictator management to tune it for that purpose. Its kind of similar to what you guys call a antilag
The Rev limiter thing is called a launch control it is a management system that is called dictator. If I'm not mistaken when they climb out of the car they don't put a brick... It's a device also that controls it... In the hood it's called a tokoloshi😂.... Love from SA❤

The reason they spin mostly doing doughnuts is that this was started on the streets that were very small. Some intersections were bigger but very busy. It started as takeovers but the goverment rather chose to provide spaces and support. Even Redbull has tournament, but I don't think it still exists.

We normally do, it after an official car race..lucky my cousin,loves working on our cars, he also has the money. He competes, in professional racing..but afterwards..we get busy..with the real deal. 🔥🔥🔥

They did a documentary on spinning here in SA where they explained the modification to the steering lock and pedal so that it locks and unlocks easily (its on youtube), no bricks involved.

Correct Majita and Beautiful drifters . Exe here in south Africa that how we spin cars. We also enjoy street spinning. When The limits and then has a lower sounded limit we call that management. It controls revs on the 325i

That's what we do in south african its an actual sport and we call each event a *SPIN BASH* where the best SOUTH AFRICA spinners ither battle it out for the best spot on whos the best...but in some cases we do it for fundraisers for Rural areas....❤🙏🏾 and as you can see the most preferd vehicle for us is the E30 🔥and for more power we swap the engine with a Lexus v8💪🏽🔥🔥
