Wow that is so kind of you to say Sir Andrew. This is amazing and heartwarming to read and I can't thank you enough. Thankfully there are more Kenya videos to come but only a few more. I hope to visit again sometime soon! Have a beautiful week Sir Andrew!
I really enjoyed every single episode you had in Kenya and that was not even a quarter of the kenyan cuisine. You are doing a great job. Love your videos from Nairobi Kenya 👌💯
So intresting to see the cultures from diffrent countries. I grew up with cassava and nice to see it done in diffrent ways. I never had it fry like that before. It was a lovely video David. ❤
Thank you so much Ingrid!!! Hope you are having a great evening too. Whenever you tell me how you grew up I am so fascinated to hear about it! I love to hear about the stories you've mentioned about your dad especially he sounds like such an incredible guy. I would love to try the Ingrid Cassava Recipe!
Boil/fry cassava done in the Caribbean too...and with David's hot sauce ...can just imagine the taste..Also I liked how crunchy/roasty the peanuts looked....And thanks for mentioning the sesame that you had in Trinidad...sesame always taste super crunchy...All the street foods looked super healthy...no additives ...so yes I would try most of them. The Tusker beer looks good too esp if it;s a hot day ... Another good showing of Kenyan street foods...Thanks David and Tasos ...safe travels...Blessings.
Heyyyyy David. I grew up on cassava. Never really cared for it. Omg. I eat almond butter in my oatmeal. I’ve never seen such a big slab of dough. The ugali looked soooo hard to turn. I might try the goat head broth but don’t want the meat. No eye socket. No tongue. You have an adventurous tongue and palate and will. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Well David. A cockadoodledoo to you and meh, meh. You got me again with these goat heads 🙈🙊😂. Thanks for the warning but I still watched it with a squint. I don't know how you do it. How was your stomach after all that? I know that you always fast but do you do a cleanse as well? I heard you talk about putting peanut butter in your oatmeal, which I do too but I add a banana and probiotic yogurt, hemp hearts, and flax seed powder. Makes for a healthy breakfast. Quite a feast for you all to enjoy but I will go veggie on this one. It was enjoyable though because I had a good laugh. See you in the next one. 🤗💕
OH NO. I need to put a Goat Head Judy Warning on my videos so you know to skip LOL. Hope you are having a lovely day Judy and always sending you peace and blessings!
@@Davidsbeenhere thanks David. This one wasn't so bad but I still squinted and one-eyed it.😂😂😂. I am getting better at it. Beautiful weather in Toronto this week: 24, 24, 25, 23 degrees Celsius through Friday. Summer temperature in spring. It's going to cool back down into spring temperature next week. So enjoy the rest of your day and blessings to you as well. Hope your family is well too. 🙏💕
I'm in America and I'm from Kenya u can go to beautiful restaurants so stop acting like Nairobi don't have good restaurants u are doing good but still show beautiful restaurants in Nairobi
David, you're going to need a girlfriend after consuming all that goat head!😂 Their heads are rumored to have aphrodisiac properties, so they're usually reserved to boil into a big, toothy stew/soup!
lol its an inside joke to be honest, we saw a guy who looked like him at the market and we thought it would be funny to have him in the thumb as a reference to that lol. I wish I could show you the photo of the guy but it was an uncanny resemblance.
