Dane destroyed probably one of the most pure and wholesome Mage players on ladder. Someone who, despite the annoying secrets, was 110% in on the Yogg memery. Fs in chat, lads 🫡

Great Content. Plot Twist Warlock is one of my fav decks as well.
This is my favorite type of deck. I was just thinking about how to try to make something like this work in standard but the meta is not right for it. I love shuffling cards into my deck and having infinite value. Very satisfying game!
you can play the Fizzel Zola Combo for infinite value and put the good Symphonies in it
@@tgranger3504 I've been thinking about crafting fizzle since the xpac dropped! The problem with that kind of deck is that most of the really good decks in standard right now will not give you enough time to set that up. It's just a bit too slow. But there are nerfs coming next week so I'm interested to see if control/value lock can compete after that.

This has been my favourite deck for a long time, its awesome to see such a great player do well with the wanky cards you truly enjoy.

I have been playing a similar deck to yours I called 'symphony farming' using snapshot and expired merchants for the extra copies of symphony but a lower costed deck overall w no nzoth angle

Drunkenly crafted snap shot and have not been able to get it to even remotely work in standard haha
It is hard to have sympathy for the opponent when he plays objection and then rewinds into it again
The game isn't about playing out your cards anymore, it's about stopping the opponent from doing stuff. Same thing that Dane did to him at the end.
Not really because we now know that it's objection, lol.
@@Amghannam It's the mentality. We also know what pirate warriors and rogues are going to do but that doesn't mean there's any less disdain towards the person controlling it
@@remyllebeau77 Stopping the opponent from doing stuff is the definition of control. Aside from Blood DK which isn't really that kind of control anyway, this is very much not a control meta and the devs are trying really hard to keep it that way. Which is why I moved on to better games.
The opponent spends T3, T4, and 8 mana to negate two irrelevant one drops with a meme greed deck: big bad mentality

This card was ahead of it's time. It would had been perfect for Warrior. It has music, it's over prices, it has everything a Festival of Legends Warrior card needs.
Well you can still play it if you want, no one is stopping you, lol.
It's "Heavy Metal!" From Rastakhan's Rumble. It costs 6 mana and summons a random minion equal to the amount of armor your hero has, up to 10. It has never been played because agressive warrior decks don't rely on armor, while control warrior ramps up armor so easy, the card is usually a 6 mana battlecry-less 10 drop -- and these are usually terrible. Playing it with armor below 6 (and even at 6 mana) is usually a waste of resources.
I don't feel like it fits with the theme of Blackrock'n'roll and Rock Master Voone.
It will, in fact, be behind its time from the moment it was printed, until the moment Hearthstone shuts down
