If you wanted, you could probably find a b5 s4 for under 10 grand in decent enough condition, the motors are really not the most fun in the world to work on but if you go big turbo you'd probably be dealing with that anyways, that one looks like an rs4 which you would have a hard time finding if you're in the USA but you could probably build a 2.7tt to match with enough money
