Inflation will only go away when all products and service go back to be 55%+ cheaper. Gas ⛽️ under $1.77, candy 🍫 under $1, new 4 door sedan under $15,000, a 1,500 SQ FT home under $30,000 ( so poor people can buy or hand build homes ), 1 months electric bill or gas bill under $20/Month, food needs to all go under $55cents a pound.
100% agreed. Great conversation.
Great discussion
Glad should enjoyed it!
Excellent content!
The rates over 7% are fine with me, it's the unrealistic, pie-in-the-sky, over-inflated home prices that I will not succumb to.
Thank you!
I could care less if rates came down that’s not the problem here. In 1988 I bought $140,000 house at 7 1/2% and that was no big deal. Why don’t we hear talk of Cost of goods coming down, then the rates won’t matter it’s just that simple.
Great conversation and I totally agree with Tim about raising interest rates in the short term.
Appreciate you watching! Thanks for sharing your perspective 🙏.
Is there or will there ever be another alternative to The Federal Reserve !?!
Haha there will probably not be unless the whole system collapses. Great question 👍😊
