Thank you so much for this video. I tend to enjoy all your video's but this one is the best one for me as I have started so many businesses and had to close them as something always goes wrong. Your point about being undocumented did not matter to me until someone wanted to buy my business and I did not have the proper paper work to prove it was a good business.

Do your research on LLC. I have watched youtubers who did not have their business registered and another who said do not register until you know that is what you want to do and another saying do not register until you made money. It is costly esp in NYC. With filing fee, LLC, publication it is about $200 starting.
In Kentucky the wholesale/ resale license comes with registration. Sole proprietorship is free to register, and a LLC is $40.

I just watched your video. When you say do paperwork first. You mean get the seller permit/resell license and business license first? Is the business license the same as the tax ID/EIN number?
No it is not ein is ur federal tax number
I watched quite a few youtubers and many did not register. I asked one living in NYC like I am and said they are not looking for you until you make $20k I have not heard of that. Another up coming business she is in NYC and said she did it via Albany because it was cheaper than the city. The prices vary with getting the LLC, getting published etc.. I am still looking into all this.

You don’t have to.. but it’s best to, just to make sure you foundation is set properly

Idk LLOC but LLC stands for limited liability corporation. It basically is to help protect your business. Lets say your business gets into debt and instead of the debt collectors taking your assets, you are protected due to having your LLC.

It’s different for each state. You would need to visit your states department of revenue site or google “how to get a sellers permit/business license in your specific state”

Try checking your states department of revenue. Each state is different.

First thing I would recommend is establish your brand and start with getting merchandise because you can’t build a website without a brand and merch
This was good information but at the end of the day there's no such thing as starting a business with "little to no money".
Wow an llc in California is 800 then another 800 every year yet every other state is so much cheaper

It’s really depends on your budget..I recommend starting with1 pack Of 5-10 different styles
