Nice review. We picked up on August 31a 2022 Entegra Vision 29S which we had ordered back in May 2021at NIRVC North Las Vegas, like you said it's basically the same, but it's not. The Entegra Vision 29S is a 50 amp coach which is better than a 30 amp with the power management system which to me is one more thing to go wrong. The Entegra has an Onan 5500 generator the Jayco is 4000. I agree with you likes and dislikes, I ordered ours with the TV in the bedroom which was overpriced at $385.00. Now the 2 major problems we had and we still have one unresolved problem. The Onan generator when both A/C units are running it would shut off after around 8 minutes. A new fuel pump was needed and I took the unit myself to Cummings in San Leandro, Ca for repairs once we got back home to California. Now the major problem which is still unresolved the NORCOLD or "Nocold" refrigerator would only cool in the freezer and nothing in the fresh food section. We took the RV back to the selling dealer NIRVC in N. Las Vegas 2 weeks ago so they could do a diagnostic to find out the problem (we live in Northern CA). They determined it needs a replacement, now we have to wait for warranty authorization from Jayco to have it replaced, and I was told it would take 2 to 3 months to get the replacement unit. Totally unacceptable! The so called JRide on the Jayco and the EZ Ride on the Entegra is to me a bunch of marketing hype. The coach bounces, rides rough and it's noisy and every time a big truck passes me, I have to counter steer to the left. I will be having a rear Liquid Spring suspension installed in February to solve the shortcomings of the Ford F53 chassis. I paid roughly $106,600 for my Entegra with an msrp of just over $161,000. The Jayco msrp of 168k seems overpriced to me. A bit of an advise for future shoppers: Check out everything DON'T let the selling dealer rush you on your walk around. Run both A/Cs with the generator only for at least 30 minutes (don't worry about using gas doing this test). Make sure the refrigerator is cold, take a thermometer and check the temperature. Touch everything make sure the faucets are tight and the power outlets all work. Most of all do not accept the RV if it has problems and take it home and trying to fix later. Make the selling dealer fix EVERYTHING before you sign the final contract. Better yet pay the money have have a certified RV inspector check your new RV. Had I done this I would not have all these problems after the sale.
Update, the replacement refrigerator has arrived at the dealer much faster than expected. Now we have to go back to Las Vegas to have it swapped, earliest appointment Jan 31.
I like this RV but I don’t like 30amp service with 2 ACs. If you are at a campground during summer you would need run the generator if you want to operate both ACs. It’s a lo5 nicer just to put in 50amp
Dislike all overhead bunks in All Class A’s, also prefer full length drawers with glides in booth dinettes. In the bathroom every RV manufacturer should install a grab handle to use when getting into a step in shower like that one. Matt not everyone wants a TV in the bedroom. We threw ours out ten years ago, no regrets. So the space in that one would be storage. Love all of the interior decor and out side colors, don’t need fancy paint.👍👍👍👍
I've seen so many of your videos Matt, I can't remember if I saw this one til today. I must say this is the most perfect for me and my 2 fur babies.. if I could find one like this I would substitute the lg mattress for a single mattress, put washer/dryer combo remove 1 dining sofa. No need 4 out door kitchen.. l ❤️ the gas stove top and oven, ❤ the over head bed and all that storage. Lol everything I own would fit with a lot of room to spare😃
What other RV viewers going to sit his skinny ass down and watch U Tube videos about RV's he can't afford on Christmas "NO BODY "!!!😂😂😂 "Matt be careful don't rip your pants"! "Here we go now"!!!!! ......I love that🤣🤣🤣
Merry Christmas. Dislikes: smaller tires, outdoor kitchen only has a mini fridge and sink, tv position for dinette, same ol same ol storage under dinette seating, not a fan of two different color cabinets/storage between living area and bedroom, only a queen bed, and agree about the lack of tv in bedroom. Likes: big awning, warranty, pass thru storage, interior colors.
My one huge like it's that the head of the bed is not surrounded by wall. Having the side tables open it up to you are not facing a wall of you are a side sleeper. As someone who is claustrophobic, this is a big like.
I’m stunned, I like it…..a lot. Agree with Matts n Andreas dislikes and likes. Andrea usually doesn’t care for most window valances fabric designs, but I have to agree with her on this one, it does not go with the country theme cabinetry. It is annoying to keep seeing Jayco. However I like the cabinets, and the valance pattern but not together with this theme. Ugh! But the rest of the coach is very well designed, entrance door see through window 👍🏼, blinds that are a light colour vs black 👍🏼, great storage outside and inside 👍🏼. Love the dining is on the passenger side 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, and it has theatre seating too! If I was looking for a small class A I would have this one on my short list. Cheers 🍻
Hi, Matt & Andrea! Dislikes: no piano hinges, no TV in the bedroom, the shades (would prefer daytime shades). Likes: outdoor TV & kitchen, exterior storage, bathroom size!
Like the outside kitchen. Hate the TV placement and dinette storage. Would prefer a televator and fireplace in place of dinette. Would like the kitchen cabinets by the living area to pull out to make an island with more counter space. Prefer a convection microwave and one burner induction cooktop. It the bedroom I hate the headboard. While I like the cabinets, I would give up some for a combo washer dryer.
Thank you for the review. I love this motorhome! I wish the bench seats had pull out drawers for storage. I do not watch TV so the cabinet in the bedroom is great! Daytime shades would get used everyday. Jayco nice rig
Like that $134,999 sale price on the windshield🤔the fiberglass roof, the ladder, the slam latch doors, the interior floorplan, the theater seats, the propane cooktop with oven, the two way fridge and the bathroom👍 The only things I’m not a big fan of is the dirty looking corners on the farmhouse cabinet doors, the busy looking valances and the not so great TV position☹️
Likes: Fiberglass roof, 750# bunk over the cab, bed is useable with the slides in, and the dark cabinets. Dislikes: Fiberglass instead of aluminum basement storage doors, blinds in the kitchen window, 30 amp power cord, small 4k generator, and the pantry needs drawers.
I love a lot of things about this one...but the valances HAVE TO GO!!!! That isn't farmhouse!!! And for the love of Dog....PIANO HINGES!!!!!!! Lmaoooo....Happy Holidays!!!
Love the surround windows in the bunk. And that's about it. Boring bedroom. And what's the deal with the outdoor kitchen. No stove??? No pull down prep counter? Just a sink and a fridge? That's just plain weird. And speaking of prep space, how hard is it for any of these to add slide out extra counter space in their kitchens
excellent rv, love outside kitchen and tv, agree that bedroom tv spot sucks as it is, the least they could do is make that door strong enough so you could mount a tv directly on it without changing out things, just slap tv on the door run the wires in and be done. living room tv placement kinda sucks, but best could do in this one i imagine. those 2 tv spots are the worst thing i see here, which is a very minor issue with everything else being so good, just more work to put tv in bedroom properly than needs to be, living room one i see no solution for, just have to stay where it is and live with it.
LIKE THE OUTSIDE KITCHEN THE KITCHEN THE BATHROOM SIZE THE TAILGATING DON’T LIKE BEDROOM TV AREA THAT IS RIDICULOUS PIANO HINGES IN THE DINETTE STORAGE NO OUTSIDE GIRL MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR MATT AND ANDREA AND YOONA AND WILL AND JENN AND TUCKER
Matt. On this unit the stove is way to close to the rest room. Ew. It should have white cabinets like the kitchen and silver fixtures to make it look bigger.
I was just about to say that this was perfect….and then it was a queen sized bed! :-( Not a deal breaker (except that we would likely go with a Class C if we were going to have to have a queen) - just would take a king bed over the bigger nightstand if that was an option. I realize it may have been necessary because it DOES have a pantry (thank you, Jayco!!!), but I wonder if it would still be possible to have a king. Otherwise, it’s absolutely perfect! And…Andrea should wear a tiara more often! :-) OH - and I agree with Matt - PIANO HINGES!!!! Please!!!!
I’m illiterate when it comes to RV’s. Learning so much from your videos. Why do they not have gas or electric stovetop in the outside kitchen? It would smell less in the rig if I fry bacon outside?
This is a great unit. I love the bathroom and all the storage. I do not love the kick thing at the foot of the bed. That’s gonna trip you up. As usual, the backs of the recliner are not high enough, so you have no place to rest your head while you watch TV. And yes, piano hinges on the dinette storage. I also wonder about having the kitchen on a slide-all the hoses and stuff moving back and forth-that seems likely to break down sooner or later. What the heck are you doing posting on Christmas Day? Take a holiday, for Pete’s sake!! Merry Christmas!
Thumbs up for the great review and Merry Christmas! Did I miss the CCC? I agree with your likes and dislikes and will add a dislike. I realize an entry level product means the vendor must cut corners to meet a price point, but the lack of a W/D, even the dreaded combo style, makes this an expensive weekend motorhome for us. Since we want to full-time, we would never give this model a second look. I would rather give up half of the closet space for a W/D than to rely on the availability of laundromats while on the road. The next model up, the Precept, offers the W/D as an option. Also, the external "kitchen" does not appeal to us since it is just a refrigerator and sink. I can walk inside for a cold drink.
Nice small rv. Like slam latch doors, great storage, great bathroom. Agree on bedroom TV and that ledge in bedroom. Also want drawers or piano hinge in booth.
I love Matts genuine glee at motorhomes having side mirrors. Here's the one I'm waiting for: "And because this is and entry level motorhome and to add to the cost savings, this manufacturer decided NOT to include side mirrors. But, if you care about complying with state laws and the safety of you family, they do offer side mirrors as an option." Great video. Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas.
Hey guys! This is a toned down Entegra without the bells & whistles. Good entry class A with great customer service and good quality. Have a great New Years party and stay safe,
Nice Rv. Love the outside kitchen and the bathroom abs the outside storage it has for as small of an Rv it is. Don’t like dinette like Matt said without that hinge to open for the storage. Also don’t like the tightness of the bedroom to get to drawers. And don’t like where the tv goes. Nit much of space. Or have to find a tv that size. Matt and Andes thank you so much for this review on this Rv. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.
A very Merry Christmas to you both and your family. ⛄❄🎅 I agree with your likes and dislikes. I wish they had more counter space. Totally dislike the dinette. I would get rid of it and put something else there. I would add a convection microwave. Need to be 50 amp!!!! Like that it has night stands!!!! Like it has a work surface on the passenger side. Like that they provided a shade on the window on the entry door. Awesome awning space. Please get rid of those valances!!! This is a really great motor home. May have to put it on my list. Thanks for the video!!!!

Very good advice
No Potalble Water Hook up BS ! Merry Christmas !
Merry Christmas
I'm was driving a the highway, just monts new ,we lost, the rear window, was close never open and just fall off, who too claims.........
Merry Christmas!
Jayco did it this time!!!! The only thing I don’t like is the dinette. Everything is amazing!!!!
Merry Christmas and happy New Year’s to you and Andrea I so love your videos very informative great reviews. Thomyt
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you folks
Thank you Matt an Andrea❤️
My two likes:
1) Fully functional with the slides in.
2) One piece fiberglass roof.
For a small "entry level" RV those are huge.
Great review!
Is alante.2022,with just 6000 km.......
If i had the the money this is perfect for me. I never had a tv in bedroom
Very nice.
Prestige world wide 🤣
For the algorithm. Merry Christmas!
I like this RV but I don’t like 30amp service with 2 ACs. If you are at a campground during summer you would need run the generator if you want to operate both ACs. It’s a lo5 nicer just to put in 50amp
We run both ac’s on our 29s at our campgrounds on 30 amp service, never failed or tripped out.
Christmas dinner holding you down...? Higher...... ! Merry Christmas

I love this RV!
The pantry need adjustable shelf .
Great motor home for 2... 👍

Very nice class A ...we like everything except no headboard...just doesn't look finished
Merry Christmas 🎄
Christmas first!
Love mine!
Hi, Matt & Andrea! Dislikes: no piano hinges, no TV in the bedroom, the shades (would prefer daytime shades). Likes: outdoor TV & kitchen, exterior storage, bathroom size!
Love it!! We played a drinking game....every time you guys say "nice" we drink......Wife was out 16 minutes in. Thanks!!

I’m really impressed with this one!
Merry Christmas. Funny after watching the Jayco Alante last night, seen one on the road this morning. LOL wierd
If they lie to you how can we trust them
I'm late but merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! Really like this motor home.
Merry Christmas yall
Nice RV. Thanks for the Christmas time review!
Great video to take a roof and find out what it do got.
Thats a really nice small Class A but that bedroom sucks. Jayco does do a very nice RV.
Well said with the missing TV in the bed, the slide bump, and missing hinges. Outdoor kitchen is awesome thanks
Merry Christmas love the RV good taste🧑🏼🎄
Need a TV in the bedroom; Bathroom is epic. Need a headboard.
Great vid. Please include dimensions on the dinettes. Good to know if it would sleep an adult or just children.
Does a 30 amp be able to power 2 air conditioners? Love the farm house door.
This would be a nice upgrade from our Melbourne 24.
I would say the 30 amp service would be a negative for sure.
Like that you can get to the eat, sleep, and access the bathroom with the slides in.
Fiberglass roof top is a huge plus at this price point.
Merry Christmas to you and a Happy New Year
Thank you for the review. I love this motorhome! I wish the bench seats had pull out drawers for storage. I do not watch TV so the cabinet in the bedroom is great! Daytime shades would get used everyday. Jayco nice rig
RV can be anywhere from 12 to 50 feet long. is this true?
Just an idea for an RV novice. How about a pressure washer built into one of the outside storage compartments?
Like that $134,999 sale price on the windshield🤔the fiberglass roof, the ladder, the slam latch doors, the interior floorplan, the theater seats, the propane cooktop with oven, the two way fridge and the bathroom👍 The only things I’m not a big fan of is the dirty looking corners on the farmhouse cabinet doors, the busy looking valances and the not so great TV position☹️

pretty basic but good for entry level.... the bath sink is the same size as my dogs water bowl 🤠
No CCC info?
Who cares about no TV in the bedroom. There is one in the livingroom and another one outside! The bed is kind of high.
Oh I did remember that the dark cabinetry in the bedroom is a bust
Wow! I love everything about this RV. I’m sure that I could add my own piano 🎹 hinge if it bothered me that much. 🤔
Can I upgrade to an induction cooktop inside?
Would have liked to hear the carrying capacity. They have been missed last few videos and I love hearing that.

Love ours! Def plan on spending 2-3k on suspension/stabilization upgrades if you plan on driving much
Merry Christmas guys. All the best in the New Years. Cheers!!!
Please review a 2022 Forest River 30DS
I love this floor plans! My only dislike is the valances, what were they thinking?! Merry Christmas!
Yes, what really hinders the nice interior are those valances. Yuck!
Except for the bedroom slide issues you both mentioned, really nice rig.

Merry Christmas!☃️🎅 Love this unit. Glad Santa Matt's pants held up!!🤭
For the under bed storage, is there an arm that holds the bed up? If not, that storage is pretty much useless to me as a single traveler.
Yes, it’s a chrome rod.
Storage is very handy for blankets, spare luggage, we store gifts for family, toad e brake.
Can you get the insta hot water heater instead of the 6 gallons it comes with?
-Piano hinges are coming at model change
-You can option the bedroom TV on this
Check out that Embark next to it 😄
I absolutely love it! The price is awesome! One dislike is the small area in the master sleep area. No W/D. "Womp, womp" but I still want to see it.
I don't get it, we spent thousands of years learning how to cook and eat indoors. Now ... cold, rain, wind, dust and bugs are a feature?
I’m illiterate when it comes to RV’s. Learning so much from your videos. Why do they not have gas or electric stovetop in the outside kitchen? It would smell less in the rig if I fry bacon outside?

Hey guys! This is a toned down Entegra without the bells & whistles. Good entry class A with great customer service and good quality. Have a great New Years party and stay safe,
for a two person RV this should have a King bed and a Washer/Dryer. Do not like that I have to step up into the bedroom.
Nice Rv. Love the outside kitchen and the bathroom abs the outside storage it has for as small of an Rv it is. Don’t like dinette like Matt said without that hinge to open for the storage. What do you mean by entry level
Merry Christmas to all and a happy new year love watching your videos. Can’t afford to buy one of any kind still waiting on the lottery LOL
A very Merry Christmas to you both and your family. ⛄❄🎅 I agree with your likes and dislikes. I wish they had more counter space. Totally dislike the dinette. This is a nice unit. Glad to see solar, large bathroom and functional kitchen. There’s not much to dislike.
