I hope you all enjoyed this video! If you want to see a part two where I show more types of yarn (because there are way more than what i shared in this video) or the different yarn weights let me know. I also want to start doing a question of the day for each video to get to know my subscribers better, so keep an eye out for that in the comments of each video! Question of the day: what is your favorite yarn type to use?
If you want to make hot pads, natural fibers need to be used-- cotton and wool are the best. Acrylic and polyester will melt when exposed to high heat.
One thing you need to know about wool is that most types of wool will felt with agitation, so machine washing and drying is a no-no unless you want that felted texture. And if you do, you need to machine wash and dry a small swatch and compare it to non-felted so that you know how many more stitches and rows you'll need for the felted wool to be the same size as the non-felted. But even if you gently hand wash and air dry whatever you made out of wool, it will felt gradually over time with use.
It's called amigurumi.. And to make them, any type of yarn can be used! I use mostly acrylic because they're easy to work with. But imo, cotton and acrylic ones are the best ones.
This video was helpful and calming. I just checked out your channel and I like your videos.I think I will enjoy hanging out with you while crocheting. I just subscribed.
If you're asking about the size of the hook, usually if you buy a ball of yarn it's written on the label itself. As for material, I personally like metal because they are the smoothest

Is alpaca yarn available to any country ?
Guys its my first time and i want to know which yarn to use for beginners?
I’d recommend cotton or acrylic for beginners!
Sorry i am just looking at you 😊
What yarn should i use to make a bag?
I would recommend cotton since it’s more durable and can be washed easier :)
What about for flower?
What yarn should I use to make a skirt? And a bikini?
Skirts can be anything. Bikinis should be less absorbent materials like acrylic.
Acrylic can be a bit warm since its not as breathable and doesn't hold shape as much as natural fibers
Alright. Thank you very much
