As someone that grew up right behind Vaughn and the rest of the FD guys, watching the same videos from Japan and wanting to drift. I haven't got the chance yet. But it's still a goal. One my mom loved too. She was one of your biggest fans. Always pulling for you to win. She passed last year before the season could end. She was pulling for your team again. I miss her so much and I try everyday to do the things that she would be proud of. One day I want to meet you guys. I need to have the same drive and belief in myself to do the great things that can be done. Always inspiring to see all you've done and continue to do.
Vaughn is so damn humble. He is this superstar that acts like it’s no big deal. I met him once way back when he drove for Falken and I’d love to meet him again!
I respect him for that. He wants his kids to understand it was because of hard work they have what they have. Usually that lasts 3 generations then it goes away.
one of my favorite things about Vaughn is everything he gets into it is always a "we" thing. Like not just from the Lab side when he is talking about having the lab open for viewing and stuff but WE have an amazing team that got US here. That's something that sets him apart from a lot of others is the team driven aspect. From even before Adam was a part of RTR he was coming through to help out. Collette drove a mustang for a comp when the vette's clutch line took a dump on her. Coaching Adam with his first big drive. Hell he even had a full party in the 1400 mustang for the demo. Even when he wreck the mustang on the islands he gave full recognition to the team individually for their help and getting them all to this point. And they overcame the adversity of the wreck even with having to overnight parts over to get the car back on track. There is so much team effort that goes into all of this and he stays true to it. That is something that has always stood out to me. That a talent is maybe even 10% of the battle, the team is the other 90%. Much love as always.
Im about to get into an sn95 myself as an inexpensive drift car, after departing from an S197 street car, hopefully at some point during my drift experiences some RTR goodies will come out, they were really reliable out racing
Larry, as with most I've seen you behind the scenes for years, I am so happy to see you behind the wheel of a drift car! This series of tours is exceptionally well done. Congrats on all of your success to otj you and Vaughn, who has always such a bang-up ambassador for drifting. "2022 - The year of the Chen"
Screw you guys!!! That closing where you both are giving props to each other got me emotional! What an awesome tour and what an amazing friendship shared between you two. Congrats and keep smashing it!
When you think of US drifting there is a few names that pop up and they are Chris Forsberg, Vaughn Gittin Jnr, Tanner, and then you can miss out you Larry with being not in the country seeing your photos of the action helped us outside of US to follow Formula D
I am proud of both of you 2 and where you both have come from. Can't wait to see where you goes go in the future all I know is I will be following from little old New Zealand. Thank you for the content.
I got to tour their shop end of March and was blown away by it. The cars where all amazing and the quality of work was some of the best I’ve ever seen. We missed Vaughn by probably 20 minutes that day we were picking up a stacker trailer from his off road buddy Loren sold my buddy. Would have loved to stay longer because it’s like the more you look around their something else cool tucked away in another corner or room
That’s really cool man well since Larry only wants to drift now I have a slight suspicion that van is gonna hook you up with a GTR just for all the time and effort and exposures,Ha you have provided throughout the years of being friends and working together!!!! 👍😎🤣🤣🤣🤣
When I was younger, I hated Vaughn. I use to think he ruined drifting by adding too much power, ungodly steering angles, and domestic cars. He was definitely ahead of his time. Of course, I was just a naïve kid not recognizing that his influence helped evolve the sport.
Amazing to justify buying an r32 to practice for a 1400hp electric suv basically. Couldn’t be much more different. Lewis Hamilton should get an Toyota mrs to get ready for w13
Thanks for coming by Larry! Always amazing to hang. Nice vid!
Btw.... I said the GTR had a RB25 LOL.

Vaughn is the perfect example of how to be the best at what you do. Humble, passionate, hard working, calculated, and always hungry.
Him an madmike are one of a kind
Agreed. Taking notes.

Both you and Vaughn are purely inspirational. The true embodiment of hard work and passion. You both have my upmost respect.
Vaughn is such a good dude. Down to earth. Very polite. Very Happy to see how far he has come. You too Larry. Been watching you guys for awhile.

RTR is definitely my favorite fd team and I wish they had stuff for the sn95. One day I will have a car new enough for the RTR goodies.

Those hoods would look awesome overlapped in a circle on the ceiling with lights in the middle.

Why such shakey footage? Wouldn't you prepare ahead of time? Or just stabilise it in the editor
Well, it's "real" life atleast.
Ya'll just going to skip the 1/4 midget laying on the side of the building?
Bro, pay for your music lol
