WoW!! That is amazing POWER and KNOWLEDGE to harvest electricity for your personal use! 💪 You have my admiration and attention 100% I bet we can all appreciate the hard work of beavers!! 🦫
This is fascinating to watch-an introduction to an alternative method of building a hydroelectric dam that I much prefer! You are utilizing many natural materials that are readily available. I can't wait to see the next installment!
@@themanofthewoods I agree on all three counts! Permaculture gardening has been my mental challenge this year - with some success! You have such a beautiful piece of property - nature will always provide - such a wonderful journey to watch!
Thank you for watching my videos and sincerely hope you enjoy my channel. If you would be so kind as to like subscribe and hit the notifications bell, It would be hugely appreciated as it costs you nothing yet helps me massively. Thank you.
Hello Everyone! I love your kind of "happiness" ... keep smiling. You know Kevin, I'm always smiling, but others don't smile back. Makes me sad sometimes ... but I just gotta keep smiling because we never know what someone is going through on any given day. 😃😃😃😼
Very interesting video, i cant think of a reason why your plan will fail, willow grows fast and loves wet soil, perfect ! I planted willow in dry sandy soil and was surprised the speed that grew ! thanks for the update. Im sure you could get some serious wattage from that. Its great having more flow in winter when more power is needed in them months, nature providing for free at perfect timing. Take care
I am doing a 110mm pipe run that will go into 2 50mm pipes and into 2 nozzles which will be valve controlled feeding onto a pelton wheel. Concentrating on weight of water in the 110mm pipe.
@999britain a lot of looking on UA-cam etc was where I got the information. By having the head/weight of water it should produce me around 500w of power, yet I am happy to have just 300w as the hydro is a complimentary power source to my solar set up. Theory is that the winter months will give me water power to assist the lack of sun hour's and when the stream dries in late spring the solar is back sufficiently!
An exciting project indeed! Thank you and looking forward to the next one!
Thank you. It is slower going than i thought it would be. But it will happen (I hope)!
Awesome
Thank you.

Thank you. It is a big desire of mine to use what nature provides. 1. It is free 2. It is natural 3. It is a great challenge for the mind.

Thank you for you informative comment. The goal is to have hydro in the winter months and solar in the summer. Only time will tell.
Reduce the diameter of your pipe,. Small diameter more flow, more power.
