When it comes to taking care of my body through healthy diet and exercise, (which I’m now pretty good at!) I basically had to start looking at my body as a separate living thing under my care. Like a plant or a dog. Need to remember to water, need to take it for a walk, etc. 😂
Years ago I achieved body neutrality by thinking of myself as my brain, and my body as a car I was given to drive around in. Now by shifting from “car” to a living thing like “pet/ plant” I’m able to nurture it and be grateful for it without connecting it to my identity or moods/ emotional state. Like, I try not to take my bad emotional state out on my body, but 💯 if I take care of my body it improves my emotional state. Like a pet. Of course you have to try and not neglect your dog because you are in a bad mood. But walking your dog, hugging your dog, feeding your dog might cheer you up? Does that make sense? 😂🤷‍♀️
I know it sounds silly but it’s what worked for me. 😂😂😂

@@multiskype Ah! That sounds really good!
I just really needed (to help get over my own personal issues) to separate my mind and body a bit more extremely. So taking care of my mental health (like my inner child) and taking care of my physical health could be as unconnected as I could get them. Again, personal issues 🤷‍♀️😂👍

Hi. So I have ADHD also and I also have the fatigue you are talking about. And I also thought it was going to pass and be fine. But it was been a couple of years. I also did not talk to anyone about it, also felt very guilty. I have a good house, no kids and have no motives to not feel bad. Have a positive attitude and am always cheering people up. But... I found out the extreme fatigue on me, it is depression... it's lack of serotonin in the brain. I was choked because I am not sad. But it turns out the body can just do that even if you are in a happy state. I laugh, I make jokes. When I am with people I am ok, but as soon as I come home I get the extreme fatigue for days on end. I was very afraid of going to the psychiatrist, did not want to become a drug zombie, but am very sorry I did not go earlier because the one pil a day changed my life. I just did not think you could be a happy person and have depression, and had no idea the fatigue was depression, and it was not normal. I thought it was just my body, and it was normal... for years... I am not saying it's your case, just think it's important information.

You can make a very easy vegan dessert with the pumpkin. Cut the skin off, remove the seeds, cut into bite sized pieces, steam them until cooked and soft but not too soft otherwise it will just feel like a mush when you eat it.
In a separate pot heat around 1 can of coconut milk, don’t leave it to boil otherwise the coconut milk will curdle. Once it is heated up, add dark brown sugar or palm sugar, you can use regular sugar too if you have neither of these, the main purpose of the brown sugar is for colouring and depth of flavour, but white sugar is fine too. Adjust the sugar amount to taste.
You can add water if you find the coconut milk too thick, I enjoy mine thick so I usually use little to no water. Once you’re done mixing in the sugar you can pour it over your steamed pumpkin. Done!
You can enjoy it warm or cold.
I’m so sorry my comment is too long lol

If you aren’t taking it already, Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin to take daily for both vegans and non-vegans. From the US’s National Institutes of Health: “Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep your body's blood and nerve cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all of your cells. Vitamin B12 also helps prevent megaloblastic anemia, a blood condition that makes people tired and weak.”
Non-vegans can get it from meat but, only because farmers give it to their animals as a supplement. Animals used to get it from the bacteria in the soil which clung to vegetation they were grazing on. But now, with only 1% of farms in the US and only 5% in the UK being actual grazing farms, the rest are Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO), and the animals get animal feed, with B12 supplements. Also, most soils are not what they used to be, now being depleted of most nutrients. So, grazing animals are also not getting B12 naturally.
So, that’s why supplemental B12 is necessary for vegans and non-vegans. Cut out the middleman, eat whole, plant foods. There is an app called The Daily Dozen. You can just tick off your essential foods to intake each day. It makes it easy.

Edit: I was taking Vit D supplements before (once a week) but it really wasn't enough to get it to fix my severe deficiency. Getting a complete blood test really helped. I thought I was super healthy (which I am for most parts) except for the Vit D.
