    Yes Sarah, when you find the right Right Bank Bordeaux, "it's sexy all day."
    However, I feel you were a little harsh on Left Bank wines. Yes, they come out super tannic and high in acidity, but that's why they require significant bottle aging. When my brother was living in France he told me the secret to drinking Bordeaux, "Never drink a vintage that's younger than 5 years old". I've found when dealing with the Left Bank, those wines tend to REALLY shine through great character at about 10 years old.
