330i and A4 are both nice but the BMW is more updated and feels more substantial. Love the way they integrated the infotainment screen. I get fantastic gas in my 330i. I get at least 36 mpg averaging 80 mph and close to 30 in mixed driving. I do love A4 20 speaker stereo though! The BMW Harmon Kardon stereo is fantastic too, but I had a hard time getting it without paying for a lot of other options I didn’t need.
I got this car yesterday! I added the Shadow-line and the M-Sport packages which give me the dampening sports suspension system and the blacked out look . Thanks for the awesomely thorough review on this car!!
@@mattbrown942 still an amazing car! My previous 2 cars were a lexus and seemed to have minor issues like blown speakers or a rattle somewhere. BMW is a solid car 👍

I drove a loaded 330i back to back with G70, and although I love the Genesis the BMW is just a smidge bit better in handling and the quick response of BMW's transmission. Set that aside, the G70 has better steering, a really good chassis and is very close in driving dynamics. Here's why I'd opt for the G70 instead of the 330i M Sport, price for performance. I spec'd a loaded G70 3.3t v 330i M Sport, and although the 3.3t G70 is intended for the 340i I personally think price and performance are better matched with the 330i. That said a loaded G70 is in the low to mid 50's a comparable equip 330i was nearly 15k more, yes I'm serious it was almost 70k optioned out, and I don't think the performance was that much of a difference to justify spending more for the BMW. To each their own, but I'd personally opt for the G70 3.3t, CT5 V e.g V Sport. or if I could deal with the bad infotainment an IS350 F Sport. Wonder how the TLX Type S is going to stack up?
My current cars is a 2021 3 series, I've owned the A3 sportback and Merc c class. I have nothing good to say about Mercedes, Audi has the best servicing but their cars are boring, the new 3 series is the best car I have driven, it's got a ton of go, amazing comfort, tech and the build quality is very good.
@@creatineenjoyer7345 ohh i see. I was thinking of getting this BMW, but I will look further in research. Say, any car brand you recommend that sells similar/better cars starting under 50k?
@@damnit.sarrah yours is definitely coming from the San Luis Potosi plant in Mexico then, but nothing to worry! It's one of their most advanced plants (and they make the 3 Series in other places too like India and China for their own markets). When you're next at a dealership, you can confirm by checking a new G20 330i window sticker (or search it online) and you'll see confirmation. It's a toss up. Both interiors are very comfortable, modern and stylish and either could be a memorable place to chill while waiting for a tow to the nearest dealer's service department.
I’m waiting for delivery of my new Audi A4 45 Premium Plus. Liked the 330i that I tested as well - but for me the A4 is just an overall better car and drive. I am not looking to tear up the back roads - so as a great looking daily driver the A4 hit it for me. But both cars rock!
I've been a Audi guy for many years. This new design BMW G20 is great bang for the buck! With the m packages and differential its a lethal road weapon. The Looks are awesome as well.Audi has been losing the interior look game!
i went with 2021 a4 loaded, main reasons is that the bmw 3 series didnt have the option to add the professional drivers assistance package which includes the adaptive cruise control, and I find that silly that a luxury brand doesnt even give the customers the option to add that. I talked to the dealer and they said u had to upgrade to the 5 series to get the professional drivers assistance package, so that was a turn off for me. Sure the bmw 3 series maybe drives a bit better, but in terms of technology options, the a4 comes out on top. I still cant wrap my mind behind the drivers assistance options, even honda, toyota and non luxury brands add the adaptive cruise control as standard so idk why you cant have it on the bmw 3 series. I actually quite like the interior of the a4, the new screen of the a4 doesnt bother me that much, sure its not as intergrated as the bmw 3 series screen, but it doesnt look bad either. Its not glued on like how it looks, its actually attached via a gloss black trim piece on the dashboard; however, the approach audi went with is no different from tesla's large screens that also looked glued on in the middle of the dash, and a lot of people love that too, so there isn't really a big deal with the screen implementation. Another thing that audi wins out on is the virtual cockpit, the virtual cockpit in the audi is an industry leader and it just tops the bmw's digital cluster. Another thing that was a turn off for me that the bmw didnt have is blind spot monitoring. Audi has side assist which is the same thing as blind spot monitoring but bmw 3 series didn't even have that simple technology. Just my personal opinion, if you are more interested in the most latest technologies, I'd go with the A4, but if you aren't technology savvy and don't care about the the latest technology that you can't get on the bmw 3 series and you care more about the driving feeling and how it operates, go with the bmw 3 series. I think the interiors of both the A4 and 3 series are acceptable and decent. A4 is more conservative looking, feels more luxurious. 3 series feels more sporty and has a more sporty interior. Same thing applies to the exterior of both vehicles. 3 series more sporty design on exterior and a4 more like what an executive would drive. Just some of my personal opinions, and of course everyone's opinions may differ, I just am mind boffled that you cant get the latest technological features in the 3 series. Who knows, maybe bmw will add it to the 3 series in a future model year.
