Another great video. I find myself always watching your rod tip waiting for the strike. That how real your videos can get. Even when looking skyward and losing your balance. Something I do on occasion. Great treat for the finally. Keep them coming Wild Trout Man.

Much appreciated, David!! How cool you are watching the rod tip waiting for a strike!! That is quite a complement. Thank you 👊
Yeah, on the blue heron fly over I was trying to film with the camera on my chest. I had to keep bending backwards to try and catch the bird in flight over head. I went a little too far!! Lol 😂 All part of the adventure 🙂

    Great tutorial on stone flies.
Not being a fisherman, it was very educational to see how you figure out which fly to use. But I was waiting for you to impersonate the character Renfield from Dracula, and start munching on them. Ahh.. protein.
And thank goodness those were beechnuts falling to the ground, and not rocks. Sasquatch's throw rocks. It's their way of saying you are getting too close. (again with the Pocono Yeti reference 😆)
Nice sweet catch at the end.!!!!

Ahhh, probably was the Pocono Yeti launching those Beech Nuts and trying to lure me in with wild shrooms!! Love your sense of humor Sensational P!! Happy New Year, bud!! 👊

@@WildTroutMan I have a cabin in Potter so I do a lot up there but I also fish Berks County streams and am venturing further now up Into Schuylkill and beyond…I find it more enjoyable than fishing for stockies but I do that also…Tully is home stream ….

@@berks8260 Potter County is truly god’s country. How fortunate to have a cabin there. Kettle Creek and it’s tribs are magical!! I’m exploring the Schuylkill a little more lately and I’m impressed. The Tully is great with that bottom release dam and cooler water in the summer and warmer in the winter.I can’t wait to fish any of those streams. 🙂

33:33 Oyster mushroom, yes they are edible! Please be careful eating any mushroom you can't positively identify. Always best to consult a learned mycologist when in doubt. Also, those nuts were hickories and are quite tasty, albeit a real job extracting them from their shells. Keep them coming and best of luck keeping tight lines.👊🏼🇺🇸

Oyster shrooms are yummy!! I belong to an excellent mushroom group: The Wyoming Valley Mushroom Club. Our President is extremely knowledgeable about edible mushrooms. Good stuff!! Oh, didn’t realize the nuts were hickory. 👊👊
