Yeah it's a very hard diminishing return. In my opinion it's the best full power LAM on the market currently but yeah you definitely pay for it. For value, it's hard to beat the M6.
Not sure about the M6, but I believe the raid xe allows you to reduce laser intensity while the illuminator is on high. Also the illuminator is really powerful at long distances.

flood on low power is the nir room flood for cqb. raid xe is by far my fav. was gonna sell my ngals to get a few more raids.
