Man, I just finished playing Hi-Fi Rush and this song playing in the last scene was something else. I didn't remember this song existed and it was one of the best rediscoveries of songs I've ever had. What an awesome game and what an incredible song.
One thing I noticed is that Hi Fi Rush began with Lonely Boy - Black Keys, which is nod to Chai who likes running solo and then ends with Honestly, where it talks about friendship and being loved by friends, Chai at the end of the game loves his crew and his main inspiration
I haven't felt the feeling the ending of hi fi rush gave me in so long. It felt like I had to take a moment to pause and reflect and take the whole game in. This game is such a rare gem. I hope that we get more games in this vein! Or even a series!
ong bro I have played through the whole game 3 times now (on different difficulties) and each time I get to the ending it still has that huge feeling of accomplishment and satisfactory contemplation
Dude I finished game and I was whoa like amazing then end credits started so did tears because it was so emotional I can't explain why. But havnt felt that from a game in long time
Just finished Hi-Fi Rush and all I can say that it is one of the many awesome games I have played so far this year... NO THE MOST AWESOME!... One of the many awesome.

I remember when Zwan first hit the airwaves...I really wasn't sure what they were 'supposed' to be. A new project? Smashing Pumpkins part 2? And it seemed that as fast as the band arrived, they just as fast disappeared. It's sad they didn't last longer, they made some really great music with some solid sounds!
I thought about this song today after 20 years. I remember they had the full album available to listen on their website. Love every single song and this one was my favorite!❤ Amazing memories.
Damn, I completely forgot about Zwan. I love it when I remember a band or song I forgot about years ago. It's almost like hearing music you already know your gonna like but get to experience hearing it for the first time again.
This song and "Judith" by A Perfect Circle is such a weird contrast because they are so different in style and mood. But they both absolutely rule and feature everyone's favourite bassist so I understand why people still watch/listen decades later.
I believe I believe I believe I believe the love you talk about with me Is it true, do I care Honestly, you can try to wipe the memories aside But it's you that you erase Cause there's no place that I could be without you It's too far to discard the life I once knew Honestly, all the weather storms are bringing Are just a picture of my dreams Cause when I think of you as mine And allow myself with time To lead into the life we want I feel loved, honestly I feel loved, this honestly I believe you mean the best that life can bring I believe in it all Honestly, you can try Your heart is just as long as mine Is it ours to let go Cause there's no place that I could be without you It's too dark to discard the life I once knew Honestly, a single wrong is not enough To cover up the pain in us Cause when I think of you as mine And allow myself with time To lead into the life we want I feel loved, honestly I'll make a joke so you must laugh I'll break your heart so you must ask Is this the way to get us back I don't know, honestly I don't know, this honestly There's no place that I could be without you Honestly There's no place that I could be without you There's no place that I could gleam without you There's no place that I could dream without you There's no place that I could be without you Honestly
Seriously we can't be hard on them! I mean when you can't easily grasp the concept that a person that's not a criminal or trying to take advantage of the system can easily just apply to come into the country "legally" like my parents did... we can't expect them to get the concept of contraception, morning after pill, or just keeping your legs closed either until you find a meaningful relationship that way you won't risk contracting and spreading diseases, or having to take the life of your own baby due to your own incredible lack of responsibility... incest and rape aside...
This song consistently pops into my head. It's been well over 10 years now since I first heard it and I don't listen to it regularly but it still finds its way in there somehow. So catchy!
Incredibly underrated, no doubt one of the best of his era. His style is impeccable... I hear a lot Billy Cobham influence in his playing. I remember he influenced by Jazz Fusion, but don’t remember him ever naming Billy Cobham.
I agree. It has so many good songs and the solo in Jesus I/ Mary Star of the Sea is amazing. I hate Billy hated Zwan but I don't know that he's really capable of being happy tbh.
There was a story, Billy said, that one band member was physically cheating with another member's significant other, and it was a drama filled fiasco, so the whole thing self destructed.
Renan Lemos Paz is just stunning. She's got a very ethereal, yet real kind of beauty. I've had a major crush with her since she was with A Perfect Circle. Now, she's touring with The Pixies - what's hotter than that?

Such a shame they didn't last. I felt they had a winner here if they squashed their differences and made this band into something more. Still listening in 2021.
I remember buying the album Mary Star of the Sea when it came out and never realised the uncanny likeness the drummer has to British Comedian, Lee Mack 😂😂😂 Brilliant tune, good memories 👌🏻
we have a junkshop back then. And I saw the zwan album in the bunch of junk cds sold to us. I instantly check if it's still playing. I thought I got a gem out of junks. Love the Zwan since then.
Wish this song was on Spotify so more people could enjoy it. I actually bought this on iTunes the day it came out. This belongs to that late stage 90's rock that is so so good. I feel like this song must have been written years earlier. Still enjoying in 2019.
Man! That Paz Lenchantin was something very special. Gorgeous girl who rocks the bass, Paz was everyone's babe in the 90s. I had the ultimate crush on her.

The hifi rush comment I was hoping to find
I finished the game and was like "This sounds like Billy Corgan. Who the fuck is Zwan!?"
@ShinobuFTW his voice is so distinct. I never heard of zwan either, but knew it had to be Billy Corgan
Chai and Billy Corgans guitar in this video are very similar 🤔
Yup, finished it last night and came here this morning. Song and game are perfection and complement each other well
It’s 2024, I’m 33 years old, and I still absolutely love this band. It always makes me think of high school and someone I was in love with.
Love this band
Dats so sweet. I love this song, too.
same feelings
I can relate, 33, reminds me of high school puppy love
Thanks, Tango. You guys absolutely crushed it with Hi-Fi Rush. We'll miss you!

Thank You Tango Gameworks and Hi-Fi Rush for introducing many people (including me) to Zwan. You will be missed! Honestly!
A total under the radar gem....this song is proof that Billy is capable of being in a good mood for at least 3minutes and 50 seconds.
I havent heard this song in years, and when the chorus came on i couldnt help but smile. Billy Corgan has written some truly gorgeous songs.

👍 Welcome to the club, lmao!
Getting goosebumps everytime i play this video. Billy looked very happy on this video. And Jimmy looks refreshed from whatever he is doing back then.
The final solo is the reason that I never forget this song since 2003
Listening in 2022. I love Billy's voice!
The smashing pumpkins will always hold a special place in my heart. Early 90s was a great time to be a kid
this is a 2002 song
from 2002 to 2005 , not 90s people is stuck in the 90s but most of the best song are from the early 2000s
Listening in 2023!! Still love all these songs!! Even though Zwan was a one hit wonder they still had an amazing sound and still rocked!!
Me acuerdo cuando compre este disco hace 20 años...el tiempo vuela
Fortunately the music didn’t fly away though, it’s still here and as great as ever :)

Zwan and A Perfect Circle.
Two of the best supergroups to ever exist.
And Paz Lenchantin was once their bassist.
Slint too

He actually really despises Zwan. He said there will never be Zwan again. And quoted as saying they were just ugly people. Character wise...
