It might win, you need to compare the EV of the Raise and the XC. With the analysis IG , I estimated bluff raising was making more money compared to call.
in theory if calling never wins then you should fold, not raise. It's only too strong to bluff raise if it beats some value. Bluff raises usually come from bluffcatchers.
@@matta5749no its incorrect. Some hands have bad calling removal and great raising propriety. It happens sometimes spots -EV in the calling line and BE/ + EV in the raising line
