I found you only this week and felt an immediate vibrational shift. Your first video I saw talked about exactly what I was healing or transforming. It was a profound shift for me and an understanding of a lifelong pattern I struggled my entire life to understand how I attracted. It is life changing and I had say thank you for being here for all of us. Any and all viewers. I learn so much in every video. The last two years have been tremendous shift for me. I lost my best friend my mom. She was 98 but sharp and healthy til last few days. We did everything together I lost my loving buddy poppy my chihuahua few weeks later. I joke she stole my dog became he loved her so much. Their deaths were a blow in my life I did not expect. A shift that caused most my large family to leave my life. Long story but a divorce from a toxic family left me isolated to heal so much. An eventual true happiness and peace I still have a relationship with my mom she’s here when I need her. In dreams n waking dreams. She actually has my dog at times and won’t give him back. 😂😂😂. Anyway I’m trying to say I found your podcast at the most profound shift in my life. I feel like my higher self voice I’ve heard or seen most of life is now settling into my life my body even. My awareness expanding in ways that I never expected. Thank you for your voice. Your teachings. I’m in definite need and desire of a tribe. A support. I’ve been alone a lot for too long. This current healing being deep and painful process that you helped explain for me. Thank you for your light and voice. You’re an actual lifeline for many I’m sure. In such a time of great change it can be debilitating lonely. Scary even. And you offer a sort of family for some of us that have been doing this shift by ourselves. Oh your second answer hit home. I'm 2.5 years sober and occasionally miserable with boredom. I found myself missing the chaos. I haven't quite caught up with how peacefulness can feel. And I probably need to find some more engaging hobbies and get myself into some community. ❤

while watching this video i realized how my ego has been the reason why i haven't been feeling worthy. when you said that the opposite of guilt is worthiness. since shame and guilt feel the same that probably means the opposite of shame is worthiness too, and the opposite of sexual shame and guilt is sexual worthiness too. and i recall that my ego created so much performance in my life just to make sure that i don't feel shame and guilt in any way. and that makes me really want to feel shame and guilt to completion. while at the same time im worried that because of the structure of ego its not going to happen. realizing that made me feel powerless to my ego..

I love you too Matt💖 For being present in my now at exactly the right time...because you kept moving thru the rejections...show up anyway. My first 'out' myself was within small groups. When I initiated a group & like anything it didnt come off as I had hoped (EGO) I withdrew for some time. Now being called out again into public not private. I am willing to step forth, Its my hearts calling and I truly want to give back, even tho won't be as much as given. A'Ho❤🥰🌠🌊
I grew up in a very toxic violent family unit and after repeating the same style of relationship, a psychologist eventually told me I needed to cut ties with my Family for a while in order to heal. Here I am 17 years later, and haven’t had any family relationships because nobody really cared about me unless I was over giving and the one keeping the relationships alive. But I also realise that I have shut down to connecting with other people too. I’ve done a lot of therapy I’ve done a lot of alternate work as well. I’m a huge fan of your work Matt and it’s helped me enormously, but I still feel disconnected from my tribe or my soul family. How do I change this now? I’ve released all the trauma of what happened to me as a child, all the abandonment, the abuse sexual abuse etc and although I’ve had relationships and had friendships I still feel as though I attract people who have similar qualities to my toxic family. I really need help with this, understand this, and to hopefully begin attracting the right relationships into my life.

Like I had no skin compared to others so the sun hit DIRECTLY so I burn more LOL…. When I initiated a group & like anything it didnt come off as I had hoped (EGO) I withdrew for some time. Now being called out again into public not private. I grew up in a very toxic violent family unit and after repeating the same style of relationship, a psychologist eventually told me I needed to cut ties with my Family for a while in order to heal. Here I am 17 years later, and haven’t had any family relationships because nobody really cared about me unless I was over giving and the one keeping the relationships alive. But I also realise that I have shut down to connecting with other people too. I’ve done a lot of therapy I’ve done a lot of alternate work as well. I’m a huge fan of your work Matt and it’s helped me enormously, but I still feel disconnected from my tribe or my soul family. How do I change this now? I’ve released all the trauma of what happened to me as a child, all the abandonment, the abuse sexual abuse etc and although I’ve had relationships and had friendships I still feel as though I attract people who have similar qualities to my toxic family. I really need help with this, understand this, and to hopefully begin attracting the right relationships into my life.
