The transmission 'a way out of pain', must have seen it 12 times. Each time it goes deeper and i hear more. It is flawless.
I have to share this with all of you! I’m 59 years old and moments prior to watching this, I found myself crying really hard due to my father leaving me when I was three. Never have I ever thought about this or felt this way! I don’t remember ever crying about it when I was young! What propelled this deep wound surfacing and revelation was a simple question and request to spirit that the origin of why I get sad be revealed! And the answer was given to me in this issue coming up in my consciousness. My father was an alcoholic and suffered tremendously while serving in world war ll. I later saw him in his 80’s and he was wearing eight shirts and had five coffee pots on his counter. I share this to demonstrate that forgiveness came easily for me as I know he had his own spiritual journey on this earth plane. I am Blessed to have had this memory surface! Thanks Matt for making this Ascension easier for all of us and giving us a good laugh! Namaste 🙏

I understand people have problems and unresolved issues. Its the ones that hate their existence and treat other people like crap, is whats hard to swallow' in any frequency. I actually cried the other day over this BECAUSE it hurt my ❤. Its hard to ignore,these people are everywhere..
Beautiful. Your teachings are beautiful and Divinely timed with my journey. Your words resonate and educate and inspire. Holding dignity and compassion for myself and being in a reality where things don't hurt me emotionally like they used to is how I have been feeling and living.. But recently I felt uprooted by surprisingly and bluntly seeing someone that brought on a severe stint of PTSD. Shortly after which, I gathered with women to celebrate the forthcoming life of two twin baby boys. And while I have looked into my eyes and said loving and compassionate words before, I gained wisdom from these same women who shared that I they recognized me from my baby picture- from my eyes. The way I choose to release the trauma, pain and victimhood of this past abuse involved honoring and seeing myself in all forms/states: Through my eyes as I stand now, through my angel eyes and through the eyes of myself as a baby. Everything I did (in this personal ceremony) always came back to the eyes. I was seen through my eyes, heard through my eyes and healing through my eyes. It is wonderful to awaken out of paralyzing fear to a deepening of love and, yes, dignity. Thank you for your healing transmission. It feels amazing :)

This guys been out for years , yet I only found him now in my seeking for true way of living or aka spiritual journey . I feel like all that I came down to and what I needed to finalize my realizations over the years now made me feel complete and I thank Matt for that ! I already have unraveling judgment into mp3 format for when I'm out and about , but now have more to add to return to . Even though all sinked in , I still have a lot of "homework" to complete before I can be what I meant to be without layers of "social conditioning" and others layers we wrongfully layered inside ourselves. Sending Big hugs and love to all of you!

I've been watching a lot of Matt Kahn recently. I feel so light right now.
Matt, before I even begin to watch what I know will change me (simply because I'm here and about to take in your wisdom and energy), I want to share something in the off-chance that you see my comment. I am a 60 year old empath. I had a spontaneous awakening in November of 2016 that lasted some days - I can't say for sure how many; I was not in a position to mark time! Most of it is a bit like a sweet dream now but I am, of course, forever changed and changing. But it was YOU who gave me the answer to a question I have been asking for as long as I can remember. Simply, why would someone (me) who I KNOW to be tender and good-hearted, attract so much misery? I could not beat the logical, ego argument that I am the common denominator for spending most of the years on this planet processing abuse, its fall-out, loss and abandonment. And forgiving. Over and over and over and over. Processing the pain. Opening my heart instead of closing it. But now. Now I know WHY I chose such a challenging path, and the relief of knowing is sweet. I'm not broken, I'm a conduit. Bless you Matt Kahn; I send you my love and gratitude.

I was raised Catholic in a complicated family where my dad put me at the center of his world in front of my siblings which made me feel bad and like protecting them by the violent behavior that was using against them and not me and wondered why they could not give attention to my dad the way I was. I had seen that my dad was lost and did not know how to be a dad or a husband. I warmed his heart by sharing our love for nature and I fell in love with flowers back then. I did not exist for my mom who never hugged me or said anything good to me. I promise myself not to ever be like that and I became overly warm and caring and sensitive to other's feelings. Thank you. This is a profound teaching. My soul felt the words into my being. I am moved to express into words what I learned and the reminder of why I am here. To love. Not just those that agree with me or are aligned to me but even those that express opposite of what I believe or know as truth and even those that are judged as "horrible and hateful." No matter who or what is in front of me....my mandate is to love. Love is not agreement. Love is being present, acceptance of what is, and respect that allows another to express in whatever way they are able because I understand the journey back home and honor each and every journey.

I think realizing that you create your own reality, including attracting illness or aggressive people is empowering. it helps you to connect the dots between what you are thinking and feeling and what you're getting. we get what we think about, whether we want it or not.
So I pretty much healed a lot. Because I am very firm for my self respect and dignity. Now no one can and could treat me the way not supposed to be , if they do, they are out of my life.

I have had appointments with a healer who volunteered to help me cancel on me multiple times. It is a new technique I was so looking forward to trying. So anxious to have someone help release the pain I feel from some extreme experiences that left me with CPTSD... decades of relationship with a verbal abuser, facing death each month for two years, complete poverty after much career and financial success and no home for over a year (petsitting so not homeless) and abandonment of community and family. Saying those words out loud, as the words unfolded and came out of my lips - oh - I can't express how profound this was. I am going to rewind this and type every word and say this to myself every day until I believe it with every cell in my body. Thank you. Thank you so much Matt Kahn.
