Marnie is pretty up there, deff top 3 in all of pokemon, however I raise you sonia that literally went from an assistant to a [REDACTED] by the end of the game and became very popular among galar. Great remix though boulder, always good to hear quality music like this from you.

i was hoping you'd remix this track so much! the funky beat and heavy use of guitars lends itself perfectly to your remix style, and you absolutely blew it out of the water. i love the almost calm vibe to this remix, it's a really interesting spin on the song that i wasn't expecting at all. good job!

Thanks, glad to hear it! Everyone has to start somewhere, don't be afraid to look up resources or tutorials online for things you're curious about and want to learn. At the same time, don't overwhelm yourself; there's a LOT to learn when it comes to making music, and it can be intimidating when you see it all in front of you, but take it one step at a time and don't sweat the small stuff and you'll find yourself learning at a consistent rate. Let loose and have fun, experiment a lot, give yourself time to grow, and worry about things like fancy instruments/plugins or complex-sounding stuff later once you have a firmer grasp on how things work. The tools you use aren't as important as how you use them, be sure to keep that in mind and don't let others discourage you

Honestly, I'll just say straight up: EVERYONE when they first start releases absolute TRASH for music. But then, once you learn how to scavenge through that trash better, you'll find what you're looking for, and THEN you'll see how to improve. Even now I'd say I'm only starting to become solid, but that's what I love about doing this: every time I try something different, it sounds so cool for me and other people, and then I just keep going and going and going. Like, as I'm writing this, I'm working on a Temporal Tower remix from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Explorers of Sky, and I decided to try using Pads again for the first time in like over a year, and it REALLY is turning out gucci. That is just one example.
