I love NSP, but some serious music really shows off Dan's talent and passion for music. Under the Covers did too, i think, because they aren't singing about sex and making jokes. Skyhill holding his original songs though, that's really special to me. I hope more fans find this stuff

I know Dan doesn't talk about this period of his music history much, but I hope he's extremely proud of what they produced with this band.

This has always been a favorite from the original album. It's so atmospheric, and makes me fee like I should be walking at night. The lyrics fit the song's mood perfectly.
When I was in my middle school years, this song helped me through many an anxiety attack. I thought that was the way life would always be, because I had been living with anxiety disorders for so long. It seemed never ending. As of writing this, I made it through middle school, and high school, and now I'm in college, I'm dating someone I'm really into, I love what I do, and I don't have an anxiety attack everyday. They're few and far between. You may struggle, but if I can make it out the other side, so can you.
Dan's first line in this is sex.

I adore how gravely Dan's voice is in this song, it's bone-chilling and there's no better way to describe it. Unfortunately, it was probably hell on his voice before he realized he wasn't singing properly but damn, I still enjoy listening to it!
My daughter listed this as her favorite song when she moved into the dorms her freshman year of college when they had the kids fill out an 'about me' thing to post on their doors. To my mind, this is her song forever.

I would usually get tired of albums after a couple months to a couple years, but after listening to this album for six years I still can not get over it. It’s just too good.

***** Sadly yes, they are all from the Run with the Hunted Album from 2007, but I guess if you've never heard them before it doesn't make much of a difference :D. Dan said that they only got back together to make one song but don't know if that will lead anywhere, but considering it is sitting at #1 on Amazon it's pretty likely they will. :)

Song's are great. I'm not even sure if this is still active after Dan and the other guy (sorry man, don't know your name) restarted the project back in October but it'd be great to hear some more. Also, if you do ever plan on releasing more just a suggestion, the sound levels on the voice seem to be a bit too low, sometimes it gets swallowed up by the rest of the song. Awesome shit though!
Dean444ful I actually heard Dan give a reason for that, he takes inspiration from his idols in older music, who sorta did the same thing to mold their voices to the music.

I always prefer the voice levels low and the bass levels high myself.
I prefer more treble, but I find in this album that I love that Dan's voice blends in with the music. It's super relaxing to me.
I prefer this to NSP.
I guess when there is comedy music, the music might be good but the lyrics keep pulling you out of the songs.
