Jyoti Gondek made a bylaw a couple years ago that prohibits protests she does not like in the City of Calgary. Worst Mayor in Calgary's history. Somehow I dunno how but she was able to include jailtime with the offenses. I thought city's could not do that because its not Provincial regulation but I guess I am wrong.

Then came Nenshi and I thought, "Finally they can't get any worse and that tradition is done". Of course I was wrong despite the odds and we must endure Gondek's incompetence and ethical shortcomings for a while longer because the recall signatures bar is set ridiculously high. She also has several minions [Alderminions] waiting to continue the worse Mayor tradition on council. They're identifiable as anyone who voted for the blanket rezoning scam.

Please consider suing the City of Calgary for their update to the Public Behaviour Bylaw 54M2006, Section 2(1)(c.1) defies Harass as the following: “harass” means to communicate with a person in a manner that could reasonably cause offence, intimidation or humiliation, including conduct, comment, or action that refers to the person’s race, religious beliefs, colour, disability, age, ancestry, place of origin, marital status, source of income, family status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, and includes a sexual solicitation or advance;. Section 7.1 defines the following offence: No person shall harass another person in any public place. Schedule A provides the following Specified Penalty for the offence of Harassment as $500.00.

The Municipal governments across Canada, that is the Mayors, City managers with Global Consultants ‘Change-makers and Ashoka consultants’ including several supporting Unions are colluding and directing the spending of tax dollars to friendly Non Profits. Pillar Non Profit is one of the largest Recipient in London. Their MO is to game the system by setting up cash flows to a City problem like Drug users living on the streets. Many non profits participate : homeless industry, free drugs, health care, homeless issues, Race issues etc. there is very little effort to solve the problems because that would end the income for all the anon profits participating.

I can't overstate enough how important the CCF and the work you all do is to EVERY Canadian. Without folks like you completely willing to put the insane amounts of work in to defend the rights of regular citizens , the tyranny of local and federal governments would be running rampant! After covid , the corruption in every single level of government regardless of party is absolutely astounding. To see such a beautiful women be so passionate about such a difficult thankless endeavor is so beyond outrageously rare , it inspires hope for the future. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO !!!!
