Good looking out playa!!! I'm working in the Middle East as a civilian contractor and they only sell the EU Version of Street Fighter V. The 1.05 update has a region lock for downloading the General Story Mode, so my PSN Account is US.

Excellent work. I had a PAL version of a game and purchased NA DLC and was so confused by why it said "application not found" when I went to install it lol. Luckily I was able to get a refund for it and they even said using a PAL account to purchase the DLC and then switching to the NA account on the same console would be a workaround.
I was able to create the account successfully but now I am unable to actually pay for the DLC lol. While putting in my debit card info it won't allow me to switch the Country/Region from the United Kingdom back to the United States. I'm sure there's some other way to do it.

I tried this to get Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, which is only currently availible on the UK/eu store and it didnt work. The game wasn't in the store. Does what happens in this video no longer work?

I hope this isn’t too late but yes you can switch between accounts. What you do is hold the PS button then go to the power off menu. On the right there should be an option to switch users. If you can’t find it another way to do this is by turning on a second controller, that second controller will essentially take you to the same list of users and you can select the alternate account.
The code he used was a real postal code it’s located between Wales and England(according to google). I used the exact same address he used and for the state/province option I selected England and it worked. Good luck!

I just figured out a way to add funds by buying British ps4 gift card with US debit and then you can upload the gift card to uk account and the $ will be transferred to £ so you can buy stuff

Nope. I tried this but guessing since technically the UK isn't part of the EU so knack 2 doesn't show up. Still shows the UK getting uncharted and journey. and I have no idea how to make a german PSN because of theres literally not a single tutorial on it.

I purchased Arkham Knight a year ago and was able to purchase and download the DLC but my game was damaged. I bought a new copy of the game through Amazon Prime and tried to download DLC and it wouldn’t allow me. I reached out to WB customer help and they told me it’s because it’s a European region game and I am in USA. Can anyone help me? I had no idea I bought this game from Europe region. It’s kind of silly since I already purchased this DLC. Thanks

I live in the US, and right now there is a sale in the PSN store for bllodbourne at around 30 euros which is cheaper than in the US. I have a US debit card and just made a UK Amazon account to get EU PSN cards, but can i use my US debit card to buy a EU PSN card?
No you can't, just use PSN cards.
It is easy getting an account but it is hard buying games if you live in the U.S. I have tried adding my paypal account or using paypal to pay but the address in my paypal account has to match the address I typed in on the playstation network.

I have an American Account, Japanese Account, Arab Account and now the EU account. Some games are shared but there are region games that can only be purchsed in different accounts. Notice that also some DLC content that costs 10 dollars in US account can be found free in Arab account. I now have more than 35 free games between all and more than 78 dlc free between my accounts. For ps3 and ps4 and Psvita. Works like a charm. The japanese account is hard to make but there is a tutorial. WHen you have all the acounts there is a simple way to purchase. Dont do it through your psn menu on your console. Do it through store.playstation.com so you can log in with any account you have made. Make the Buy and then download it when ever you want through PSN. WAYYYYYYYYY easier and faster especially for the japanese since PSN doesnt translate the language but the sony webpage does. Hope it helps.

You said after creating it, buy the DLC not through the PSN menu, but the link you put above. Did u mean via a desktop/laptop, OR via the Web Browser of the PS4 console? i guess, it's the latter?
Then, while in the browser, just log in using any accounts? how bout paying it? can i use my original local currency, or it must using the UK pound?

Paan Arzim Thank you for your question. The link is to be used through your pc/laptop. It will automatically read your IP address and send you to the region but that doesnt really matter. Once you log in to the WEB PAGE on your pc/laptop, it will be just like your psn except much easier to read. Remember the game might be free in one region, but the DLCs might not be free in that same region which is why you must check in the other accounts that you have created. Ill give you this example. I bought a free game lets call it X in the Quatar region. I then browsed itsDLCs but they were for sale and not free. So I opened my UK account and looked for the same DLCs and found them for FREE in that region. The key is to look for them in every account until you find them. Keep in mind that Some DLCs or Games are region locked. They usually say that in the description area. Is there some specific that I could help you FIND? I hope this helps.

You cannot. You will need to put money into your PlayStation wallet first. I use a prepaid, PlayStation card to do this.

You can buy redeemable PS4 cards by region on Amazon. Just buy the EU cards, and you can redeem the codes to pay for your purchases.
