Parallel Thoughts also saves you from decking yourself. If you have no cards in your library and no more cards under Parallel Thoughts, you can still choose to grab a card from Parallel Thoughts instead of drawing, thus essentially skipping your draw and saves you from drawing out.
So, some notes on this, both angelic renewal and angel's grace are super strong/important for the list. Angelic renewal is 2 Mana, and reanimates heliod whenever he dies, which puts angelic renewal back into your hand. Angel's grace on the other hand, is uninteractable, and makes it so you don't lose when you cast a prosperity or fascination for x=100+

Great tech! What’s crazy is there are so many commanders now, as some one who brews a little on the fringes I’m not even able to find content creators do a tech! (Background pairs being a big one I don’t see)
Another one... Induced Amnesia can be used on any player, which may be a bit more judicious than just letting everyone draw (e.g. - choose the player with the creature-based deck)... LOVE this deck
And you might want to drop some Eldrazi titans before your turn like Kozilek for more cards or Ulamog for removal, or my fav option, Drop a Displacer kitten, cast something, exile/return your temple bell, draw more, cast more, or exile/return your solemn simulacrum or Kor Cartographer for some ramp, or that free portal to phyrexia to ETB the hell out of it.
I don't know if it's actually any good but I like commit//memory as insurance to not mill/draw yourself out since it can be played from your graveyard plus it is a wheel.
Also, I think the idea of like each x card draw drawing double. X=5, 5 reduction to the next x spell could double pretty crazy fast. Like, nice mill lol.
Soo much value and dirdle. My build is mono white ultra defense (using only folio of fancies and cepalid coliseum). It was an altruistic group hug but my opponents still complained for not winning when I'm doing so much lol so I ended up putting in approach of the second sun. The prime set up is Smothering tithe, heliod flipped, and 1 or and 2 draw spells to get the engine going! After that the deck runs on its own lol
Note that if you’re holding up all your non-instant spells to play at instant speed and then your commander gets Krosan Grip’ed (which has split second), you’ve basically skipped your turn since you won’t be able to cast any of your spells in response or at instant speed anymore.
I'm surprised that you did not include Even the Score. This is pretty much always going to be a free draw. 7 spell. Wedding ring would also be a good option if you are looking to draw even more for yourself. Invasion of Segovia could also work if you can get it. Flipped to take care of those colored pips

I have a group hug (draw) eldrazi build. Very much looking forward to playing it! Iron maiden was a very good idea.

Imstead of iron maiden and black vise, I went with rackling and visiling, iron maidens already in my queen kayla prison deck
Also you wanna throw in some soft stax to stop your opponents from casting free spells if possible, dovin hand of control type effects
so viseling is in there. but rackling likely won't work.
