he did well but physically it looked like a total mismatch, looked like Ryan was a weightclass or two below him. don't rate Ryan as a human but think he got stiffed a bit here. that being said he looked terrified of mist so even if they were the same weight I'm not sure it would have been a very different outcome. still important to consider fighter safety though in novice level fighting like this.
I wouldn't say Mist has proven himself at all after beating a very emotional Ryan Taylor in the ring.
Lets see what he is like after fighting a more composed fighter.
