Today lm working on the sleeve and arranging the back panel ready to sew.
So just thrift a Man’s shirt and create a slow stitched(& machine stitching) Vest.

Looking good. Buttons look great but I'd be worried that when leaning back against a chair when sitting they might dig in and be uncomfortable. Love how everything comes together and just works.

Susanna, I was advised by a very good sewer many years ago not to put something on the middle of the back of a shirt because it looks like a target when you wear it. She did a lot of patchwork. Set it to one side.
