I have this book. Took it out of my local library twice then decided I had to have it so bought it online. It’s the absolute best of its kind, I have read and read it, lingered over it, took advice from it. I have a lot of books of this kind but this is my most treasured by far. Obviously I also bought Tilly Rose’s next book, Daydream Journals. Another very special, much loved and beautiful book.

I don’t know if Corinne already knows this shop, I found it recently, it is named “The Haberdashery Nest” at South Pine Rd., Brendale., north of Brisbane . Similar to the “Sewing Lair” but not online though. They have some gorgeous fabrics etc. You and Corinne might like to visit there is a nice coffee shop next door. 😉😊🌻🦋

Susanna, I was advised by a very good sewer many years ago not to put something on the middle of the back of a shirt because it looks like a target when you wear it. She did a lot of patchwork. Set it to one side.
