I can move my shoulder in all directions but ( mascular type) pain at extreme limits and while lifting even a small weight at some angles. Yes it is moderately painful at night. The conditions you explained for frozen shoulder or rotator cuff does not apply so what could be the reason for pain. Should I go for MRI

I have tendinitis,bursitis and capsules thikning I am diabetic and hypo thyroid patients with 88 mg eltrokrin tablet no medicine for diabetes it’s under control with yoga and walk dr.suggest me surjry and give me one month with Physio .I am doing Physio and within 15day I recover 25% .Now I don’t have any problem in my daily work .can it heal itself and with Physio day by day .

Sir I m facing problem with tendinosis in my right shoulder biceps since 7 month .I have gone through different kind of Physiotherpy like ultrasound & tft & streching .MRI reports shows that there is no tear but tendinosis muscle pains.I met 3 Orthopedic specialist out of which one suggested Ortho scopy surgery & 2 suggested PRP with MVGA arthroscopy manipulation.my founder is freezed now @ feeling stiffness can move my shoulder in 45 degree angle & 25 back side..I need ur suggestions if Ortho scopy would help me in this case or MVGA with PRP manipulation would help me in my case ??
